Even if you’re the nicest person to your groomer if you turn around and are rude or demanding to our receptionist or kennel tech. actions will be taken. Everyone deserves to be treated fairly and our employees are just doing their job.
We love the feature on our app that you can see all of your future appointments but please be mindful that we are humans too and sometimes we have things come up in our life that require changes in those future appointments. We will contact you directly if it changes your next 1 or 2 appointments but any past that are subject to change! We can’t predict the future things happen please be mindful 💚
