Hey folks! I know we haven't posted in a while! Our owners have been crazy busy with a move and job change all at once! We just wanted you all to know that we are still here and fully operational!
We have 3 phenomenal doggos in the rescue right now and will be posting them soon but just to get a buzz going, here's a little information about them!

We have:
Miss Molly- mixed breed 2.5 yrs old roughly 40 lbs great with kids but would prefer to be the only dog. Loves the outdoors and is remote collar trained and has had a basic manners training package done by a professional trainer!

Mr. Archie- 1 yr old, yellow lab great with cats kids and other dogs. Is crate trained and always has his nose to the ground.

Mr. Ace- 3 yrs old, husky shepherd mix good with other dogs. Cats and kids unknown at the present moment but we will k ow more in a few days! Has a very bubbly personality and always wants to be on the go. Is remote collar trained and has had basic manners training from a professional trainer!

Thanks all for bearing with us as we are in a transition period in our lives. Rest assured we are still here in Morgan County and supporting our county and wonderful little town in any way that we can! We can't wait to post more about our adoptable dogos and all of the fun things coming this summer!

Spay/Neuter clinic for our Feline friends! Get your cats and kittens fixed at a drastically reduced price!

We are THRILLED to annouce that Public Vet is coming to Morgan County, IN on May 22 to fix cats and kittens!! ❤️❤️❤️ Financial assistance is available thanks to Pet Friendly Services Snap Program https://petfriendlyservices.org/spay-neuter-services/spay-neuter-assistance-program-snap/ . You don't want to miss out on getting those felines fixed!

We are going to work our booties off to get the costs down to assist with additional needs of the cats of Morgan County. We will be able to spay/neuter up to 120 cats in ONE DAY!!

We are looking for Individuals who want to help sponsor this event or donate to help toward other medical needs that day. Businesses or individuals are welcome to sponsor a cat or two (or 10) to help defray the cost of people needing to get their cats fixed!

SPONSORS NEEDED!
We are in need of sponsors for our pet food pick-ups! Every 2 weeks, we pick up pet supplies to stock our up for our Mobile Pet Food Pantry. To be able to do this, we spend $50 each pick up. Lately, our directors have been paying for this out of their own pockets because donations have been non-existent 😞
That said, we are looking for monetary sponsors for our pick-ups! They can be business sponsors, individuals, or in memoriam sponsors ❤️

We have had an incredibly unique opportunity presented to us to purchase a fully operating facility right here in Morgan County. We would be able to assist with so many additional animals of all varieties, not just dogs, cats, and small animals. We strongly believe that with this opportunity we would be able to help our community by having more access to resources help more animals find their forever home, and be able to better serve our pets and the community as a whole so much more. The only thing that we are lacking in is the ability to fund this amazing opportunity. We haven't ever used these chips, but if you have fur babies that you have adopted elsewhere or had a chip done on your own, please check them!

Friends - we've gotten a few calls about this, and wanted to pass on some information to help. A microchip company called Save This Life has closed, and unlinked their database from all national registries. This means if your pet has one of their chips and they are scanned, your information will NOT come up as their owner. Here are some instructions on how to see if your pet's chip is a Save This Life one, and how to get it registered with a new microchip company.

Please share this important message so we can ensure every pet's microchip information is REGISTERED!
