Meet Milagro, a true miracle in every way. After undergoing major surgery, his story touched every heart at Dykes Veterinary Clinic in Foley, who we've had the honor of working with for the last 15 years. Dr. Schreiber, the incredible surgeon who saved Milagro's life, and his dedicated team of vet techs just couldn’t bear to say goodbye. 🐾💖

Friday UPDATE After Diaphragmatic Hernia surgery he doesn't feel well (understandably) but Dr. Schreiber says he's doing well. He is not out of the woods yet but says if he does well over the next 10 days we should be VERY optimistic. Worries are blood clots and the fact that, even though young, he had this hernia for a while, moving everything "back where it belonged" was a pretty traumatic surgery so hopefully his blood flow and organs will all adapt and function normally. He sure loved the attention during our visit. The staff at Dykes Veterinary Clinic are getting a little attached. He's a trooper! Thanks for your continued prayers.
