Puppy Hill Farm Animal Rescue We are a non-profit that rescues homeless dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens. We spay/neuter, vaccinate, and care for them until we can find them a good home.

Our adoptions are held primarily at the Gainesville PetSmart.http://www.puppyhillfarm.com We are a 501(c)(3) tax-deductible animal rescue organization whose mission is to save as many animals as possible. We work closely with Alachua County Animal Services to reduce euthanasias at the Alachua County shelter. We adopt dogs and cats of all ages to good homes at the Gainesville Petsmart (Butler Plaza

on Archer Rd) every Saturday and Sunday. We have a great selection of adoptable animals, including puppies, adult dogs, small dogs, cats, and kittens. All of our animals have been started on vaccinations (depending on how long they have been with us, they may need further vaccinations after adoptions). All have been vet checked and treated for any notable illness. All dogs are heartworm negative and many have been through heartworm treatment in our program. Some of these animals may have special needs, all of which are discussed at time of adoption. We often have specials on adult animal adoptions. Not that these animals have flaws, but they are slightly used and may not be perfect! These are adult animals looking for a permanent home and they have many different stories of their pasts and all deserve a second chance at the good life. Who's up for helping this old pup out of one of our local shelters after her owner abandoned her? MeMe is 13-years-old and has an old break to one of her back legs. She still has some years left and would love to be in a home before the fireworks start in a few days. We provide supplies and take care of her medical needs. Let us know if you can help MeMe!

Looking for a small dog? Check out Lola and Baby Girl. They are Chihuahua/Jack Russell mixes. Lola is around 3.5 years old and Baby Girl (mostly white) is 1.5 years old. Both are very sweet and are cuddlers. They are good with other dogs as well. They are skeptical of strangers (especially Baby Girl) like some Chihuahuas can be, but they warm up with a calm introduction. They also seem to like kids. They do not need to be adopted together. They'll both be at Petsmart-Archer Rd in Gainesville this Saturday from 11am to 330pm.

Hershel is just shy of 4-months-old and has spent the week one-on-one in a foster home. Read how well he's doing:

"Wanted to send you an update on him because he is doing AMAZING. He is such a good puppy. We’ve been working on training, he’s working on leash, sitting, down, focus and come. He is so eager to learn and is catching on so fast. He’s done great with our dogs and cats, giving them space and picking up on their cues. He doesn’t approach the cats but lays down and stays calm when they come up to him. He’s met a few children ages 1-10 and has done so well not jumping or nibbling but playing respectfully. He is so well behaved for a puppy, I’m really impressed!"

Who couldn't use some extra help organizing and cleaning,l or just some moral support while decluttering after too many online purchases?? Benji makes an excellent side-kick for all those mundane and mind-numbing chores! As one of our longest residents, Benji is willing to lend his paw to just about anything if it means having a person to call his own. This boy is around 6-years-old, adores people, and likes car rides and walks. He'd be best as an only pet, but who needs other furry companions when you have a ride or die like BENJI?! Rush & Frisco Law has generously sponsored his adoption fee to help BENJI get out of the kennels and into a home. Ask to meet him today!

Look who it is!! It's LUNA!

LUNA is one of our longest residents and she just recently went to foster care. She has blown us away. She's playing with puppy fosters and adults, and enjoying doing her own thing. She barks to go outside and makes a weird Chewbacca noise for attention or just because. She's good in the house and is a pretty easy dog. She does like to play and tear up toys, too. Luna has waited a long time to find a home of her own and we're super excited that this next step is getting her that much closer to finding her people.

Luna will be available to adopt at Petsmart-Archer Rd in Gainesville this Saturday from 11am to 330pm! Or if you're looking to help another one if our animals in need on their journey to a forever home, stop by and meet some of our fosterable dogs and cats! We provide the supplies!
