Puppy Hill Farm Animal Rescue We are a non-profit that rescues homeless dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens. We spay/neuter, vaccinate, and care for them until we can find them a good home.

Our adoptions are held primarily at the Gainesville PetSmart.http://www.puppyhillfarm.com We are a 501(c)(3) tax-deductible animal rescue organization whose mission is to save as many animals as possible. We work closely with Alachua County Animal Services to reduce euthanasias at the Alachua County shelter. We adopt dogs and cats of all ages to good homes at the Gainesville Petsmart (Butler Plaza

on Archer Rd) every Saturday and Sunday. We have a great selection of adoptable animals, including puppies, adult dogs, small dogs, cats, and kittens. All of our animals have been started on vaccinations (depending on how long they have been with us, they may need further vaccinations after adoptions). All have been vet checked and treated for any notable illness. All dogs are heartworm negative and many have been through heartworm treatment in our program. Some of these animals may have special needs, all of which are discussed at time of adoption. We often have specials on adult animal adoptions. Not that these animals have flaws, but they are slightly used and may not be perfect! These are adult animals looking for a permanent home and they have many different stories of their pasts and all deserve a second chance at the good life. Come see us tomorrow at Petsmart-Archer Rd in Gainesville from 11am to 3pm for tge last adoption event of 2025!! We have some many great pets waiting (some longer than others!) for a home to call their own.

All our adult animals have reduced adoption fees -- $50! We'll also have a couple of puppies and kittens :)

Like Morris here, earlier this week he was on a local shelter's urgent list and now he's in a great foster home. Here's what we've learned...

Morris is tall, athletic and handsome. He loves runs and walks, plays well with other dogs, loves car rides and new people…AND he is housebroken and crate trained! The total package. Morris loves to be active but also loves to snuggle just as much. If you have a large couch and an active lifestyle Morris would love to meet you!

We've got a sweet senior gentlemen needing a hospice foster or adopter. He's 18-years-old and has been a community cat throughout his life. His primary caregiver passed away and Dylan found himself elderly and in need of some TLC. He is affectionate and easy, but his coat is getting that unkempt look, he has bad teeth, and is just old. He'd love to be someone's inside cat for however long he has left. If you have a soft spot for the seniors, please reach out. He can he fostered or adopted.

Our dog space is full, but we'd love to be able to help some urgent dogs leave ACAR. If you can help any of these dogs who are struggling in the kennel environment, are struggling to trust, or who have have just been there too long, please reach out ASAP.

We provide foster supplies and vetting needs while in foster care. Our foster application is located at the bottom of out 'volunteer' page.

Ernie is so dang cute he's become a social media star BUT he still doesn't have a FURever home!!!!!

You can meet Ernie at our Petsmart Events on Saturdays from 11:30 until 3:30pm. He also has some really cute siblings - Wrinkles and Rutherford!!!!

These kiddos are adorbs but are also a bit shy - but they warm up fast. Come and meet them!!!

Stop in next Saturday to meet Neno! This goofy boy has a mischievous streak but is also the best cuddler. He likes to play with other dogs and is cat-friendly -- although both dogs and cats must like an obnoxious play buddy. He is crate and house-trained. Addie and Matilda are 4-month-old sisters whose mom passed away away when they were itty bitty. They were bottle fed by a caring foster and, as you can see, are thriving. Matilda was the biggest of the litter and got most of the confidence. Addie is the smallest if the litter and is making progress with bravery in new situations and with new people. Both are super sweet and dog social.
