Creekside Leos is a Leonberger kennel located in Utah among the majestic Rocky Mountains. Rue's "B" litter was born on September 10th, 2017 and are currently keeping us busy! Our love for this magnificent breed started back in January of 2002 when our little family of five fell head-over-heels for our first Leo pup, Tanzie. She remained our sweet companion until the summer of 2011 when we lost her

to cancer. Then, in the spring of 2012 we welcomed the rambunctious Rue to our family. She has since become a mom and a beautiful show dog (as well as a loving companion to our family). We are looking for loving and wonderful homes for our sweet puppies. If you are interested, please contact us by email, facebook message, or by phone. You can also click on the link on our home page, "Puppy Questionnaire" to fill out the form to get started. Once we hear from you we can begin to get to know you, answer any questions, and start the adoption process. It is important to us that our puppies will be welcomed into homes as a new member of a loving family. Our puppies are well socialized, comfortable around people, raised to live inside of a home, and are used to lots and lots of love. Our experience has been that Leos are people lovers, they always want to be with their families and do everything with them. They are very sweet and loyal dogs that will always be by your side and will never run out of love. We are a hands-on, family run kennel. Mary Lynn is the one who started it all with the help of her three daughters, Celina, Chloe, and Emma (with behind the scenes help from her husband, Mike and Celina's husband, Josh).

One of our “A” litter pups has crossed the rainbow bridge tonight. Shasta (Angels watching over me) passed peacefully at home with Jon by her side. Goodbye sweet girl. Thank you for seeing your person through the loss of Deb, a fire and couple of other bumps in the last 8 1/2 years.
Thanks to Jon and Kathy for not only loving Shasta so well but taking in her sister Kiara in March of 2022.

As breeders ourselves, we are very aware of the current climate of dog breeding and “doodle-boom”. Mixing breeds like this can result in unpredictable temperament and shedding or energy levels. This article has some great things to consider if you ever are considering owning a doodle-d breed.

As always, we commit to following Leonberger Club of America (LCA) breeding standards and policies. Our breedings take place with much consideration in choosing the best breeding pair in order to produce purebred, healthy dogs with gentle temperaments in line with the expectation of the Leo breed. ❤️🐕🐾

In the last two years, the Humane Society of Utah has seen a large influx of doodle dogs surrendered to our shelter. As such, we created a blog post to address why and what you should consider before bringing home one of these popular dogs 🐩

UPDATE: Kiara has found a wonderful new home. She’ll be living with her littermate and sister in Arizona. ❤️

We have received back a puppy from one of our previous litters. The family had to surrender her and she is now available for adoption.

This sweet girl is 6 years old. She is healthy, has been spayed and current on all vaccinations.
