Honey is a beautiful 3-year-old 74-pound, Chocolate Labrador female (no papers), that is as sweet as her name. She is housebroken, comes when called, and knows to sit and stay. She is very affectionate and lovingly fine around other dogs. Honey is good around cats. She is best suited in a household where there are Adults or teens versus small children. Honey LOVES lots of attention and starved for it so we think it would be best for her to go to a home as an only dog. She would do well in a quiet environment and a home with a fenced-in yard. Honey loves to ride in a vehicle, but may require additional training walking on a leash etc. Honey is fully medically vetted; spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, heartworm tested negative on prevention, and microchipped. Meet Rigsby! Rigsby is a yellow, seventy-five-pound, four-year-old born on 9/14/2020. Rigsby has had a hard time adjusting to little people and their family has another one on the way, so they felt it was best for Rigsby to go to a home with no small children. He is used to interacting with children supervised and on occasion, encounters but cannot live with infants or small children all the time. He would do fine around older teens and Adults.
Rigsby is a good boy who is housebroken, crate, and obedience trained. He is comfortable staying in a crate when left alone in the house. Rigsby does not chew on anything other than his toys. Rigsby knows many cues; come, sit, stay, place, wait, crate, touch, and fetch. Leash training is a work in progress. Rigsby knows the "heel" command but needs more practice. He reacts to parked cars so that's the challenge with walking him.
He rides well in a vehicle, with peculiar behavior limited to parked cars. He loves and lives to swim and play fetch. He will play fetch non-stop, so you have to put the brakes on it, or your arm might just fall off. Lol
Rigsby is good with other dogs, but not good around cats. Rigsby would do well in a home that has time to include Rigsby in family activities since he does have higher energy and will need plenty of exercise daily and consistently. Ideally, he will require a home that has a large fenced-in yard for him to play fetch and enjoy nice days and it would be great for him to be able to swim. He would love to be in a home that can give him plenty of attention and love!

Meet Waylon! He will be ready to go hopefully after this week fully medically vetted! A Lab puppy mix that is 16 weeks old. Loving, playful, and still a bit shy with so much being so new to him! He is training his foster dad when it's time to go potty with his cute howl. Thus far potty training is going good. Like all puppies, he likes to just zoom around your feet. He is getting used to cats and has understood they aren't balls of fur to chew on. He will be a great addition to any family.

When a pup is adopted, there is an adjustment period each one will go through. Each dog is different, just like people, but once they know they are safe, loved and things aren’t changing again they will start to come out of their shell and feel at home. They will need plenty of love, understanding, patience and reassurance from their people to help the adjustment to their new home and family become easier. Once they feel the love and know they are safe, the love and attention given to them during the adjustment period will be returned two-fold. The love of a rescue dog is like no other, for they know that they were saved.

PROCESSING FEE WAIVED FOR JANUARY: Meet Boo! This sweet boy was found homeless and luckily for him we got the call to help him. He seems to have been on an adventure through some brush because he came to us with scratches on his poor little face. He is the sweetest boy who just wants to snuggle all the time! He is quiet and reserved so he would be an excellent companion pup. He deserves to be spoiled! We are unsure of his age, but he seems to be fairly young. Meet Hank! Hank is a stunningly gorgeous 90-pound, 2.5-year-old, Charcoal full-bred Labrador Retriever born 4/13/22. We are rehoming Hank due to his family’s life-threating illness and difficulties with providing Hank the attention and time he deserves. Hank is a wonderful loving boy who does have energy, so he not only requires a family willing to give him the attention he deserves but also plenty of exercise daily with consistency. He will require a large fenced-in yard for the days his family wishes to play fetch with Hank and sunbathe. Hank is housebroken and crate-trained although has spent way too much time in one and prefers not to. He knows a few cues like sit and come and would benefit from additional obedience training. The ideal family will understand labradors and what they require with training; exercise and consistency. Hank is good with other dogs and cats. He has lived with other dogs and feeds separately. Hank does like to get the most attention, so would do fine in a household as an only dog or with another dog. He has lived with cats, so he is good with them and can go to a home with cats. He is fine around children, however, due to his size he can easily be too much for young children so best with nine and up. He is used to going on walks, enjoys playing fetch, and has a big loving demeanor and heart! Hank would love a home where he could pal around with someone all the time without having to be crated. ADOPTED!: sweet boys were born in January of 2021. Bilbo is a purebred golden retriever and Chewy is a purebred Lab. They are bonded and must stay together. They do well with children but are dog-selective when meeting other dogs so it's best they go to a home with no other pets. They love to play, swim, and go on walks. They are still young and will require some training but are quick to learn.
