Happy Thanksgiving to all our doggies Mom's and Dad's! Remember not all table human food is good or safe for our pups...but they do love sweet potatoes and turkey! 🦃🐾❤️👍

Project Dog Park was the official organization which worked to establish an off-leash dog park in Galesburg, Illinois. In June 2014, the Connie Nott Canine Area was opened in Inbinder Park (1285 W. Carl Sandburg Drive) on land which was generously donated by the City of Galesburg. Through special events and fundraising activities, Project Dog Park strived to develop the first leash-free dog park in the area. Charitable contributions from the local community along with the hard work of a few people donating their time, physical labor and money, made this dog park possible for our community. To use the dog park, all dogs have to be registered with the City of Galesburg - both residents and non-residents pay the same annual fee for a city tag. Day passes for city visitors are available at City Clerk's office.
