Why the name "Hag & Dolly's?" If you know Kirsten & Austin personally then you know the answer to this question. They are owners to Haggard, the "famous-in-a-small-town" basset hound and once had a cat named Dolly. They are also fur parents to cats (Keith) Whitley & Faith (Hill). Kirsten & Austin are clearly country music people with Kirsten being a former country radio personality, country musician, and a Dolly Parton fanatic and Austin owning a concert promotion and production company called McAlpin Entertainment. Hag & Dolly's was one of the first names that came to mind when thinking of this new adventure because it has all of their loves in one: country music and their beloved pets.
