About us
Chris has been a member of the breed club “Verein Deutsch-Drahthaar – Group North Amercia” (VDD-GNA.ORG) since 2010. His passion for versatile hunting dogs was the primary inspiration which led him to become a JGHV Performance Judge (Verbandsrichter.) Along with his Father, Rick Fender, he has played a decisive role in the successful breeding and training operations at vom Fenco Drahthaars. He is an active and experienced Judge in the testing organization JGV-Rocky Mountain (jgv-rockymountain.com) He was fortunate enough to apprentice in Germany as a performance judge at the international Drahthaar competition known as the Hegewald.
