I know it has been awhile and I sure do miss all your pets! Life has taken its twists and turns and I will be closing this page as I have decided to not come back to pet sitting at this time.
I can’t tell you how much I appreciate all of our clients over the years. Most of y’all feel like family. I hope to see all of yall out and about!

Our Story

My name is Colleen and I own Colleen Takes the Sitting World LLC. I am 29 years young and a Savannah Georgia native. St. Vincent’s and Armstrong alum! (Go saints 👼🏻 and go pirates☠️!) My high school sweetheart💍and I have been together for 10 years and married over 3 years. 👰🏻🤵🏼 We have 3 dogs 🐶🐶🐶, 4 cats🐱🐱🐱🐱, and 2 chickens and yes it is a very full house!! I’ve been pet sitting since the age of 12 starting off with just people in the neighborhood. Once I got keys to the car 🚙, I started pet sitting all over the island. In June of 2017 I decided to make my pet sitting my full time job, which has always been a dream of mine. It’s the best decision I could have ever made because nothing have ever felt so right! I was born into a household full of animals, so pet hair is in my DNA. I was lucky enough to not only have compassion for animals in my genes, but instilled in me from birth. The philosophy of my business is to treat your animals like you never left home. My animals are my babies, as are yours, so I treat them just like you or I would. To put it simply, I love animals and I can’t wait to take care of yours! Thanks for taking the time to read this and to get to know me! 💚
