Welcome to the Bireley Poodles/ Burleigh Inn Poodles
We are small home-based breeder located in the beautiful countryside of the Maryland Eastern Shore in Berlin, Maryland.We are approx. 15 min drive from Ocean City Maryland and 30 min from Salisbury-MD; 2.5 hrs. We hope that our page conveys our passion and dedication to our Standard Poodles here at Bireley Poodles/ Burleigh Inn Poodles

. We do not have any kennel facilities and our dogs are family members and play a big part in our everyday life. Bireley Standard Poodles puppies come in a variety of colors. We have Standard poodle puppies in blue, black, black/white parti and cream, soft apricot. As a responsible and ethical Breeder our first goal is to breed healthy and well-tempered and socialized Standard Poodle puppies and therefore all of our puppies are evaluated by our veterinarian several times. We sell our standard poodles with Limited registrations (no Breeding rights). We do not sell to Brokers, puppy mills, or breeders not known to us. Our first responsibility is to our puppies and finding them good homes where they will be loved and cared for. Any kind of AKC records can be provided upon request, simply ask us about current and upcoming litters. We look forward hearing from you

What you need to know about Standard Poodles:
The poodle was originally bred and used for retrieving in Germany. The name poodle comes from the German word Pudel, which is short for Pudelhund, which means "splashing dog". This reflects the breed's use as a water dog. The standard Poodle is a very socially friendly and non shedding breed that requires daily walking of at least 60 minutes and monthly grooming.

2 puppies are with us, Dolly and Betsy. They love playing with Uncle Shadow. Today was a fun day, water everywhere.

Such a beautiful day. Pool has been closed so now the.puppies are able to run the yard. So much fun playing in the leaves. They are doing good with housebreaking. We walked the perimeter of the yard and everyone stayed with me while we explored the yard. Such good girls.

Savannah's litter, 3 red girls and 2 black girls and I went to visit Dr. Orth and the wonderful staff to receive more vaccinations at Atlantic Veterinary. While we were waiting the staff gave them a peanut butter treat. Yum, they love peanut butter. The girls were all very good girls.

This is the mob that greets me when I walk out the back door to the deck. Guess they were hungry.

I told them we were going on an adventure. For a while they thought it was great fun, then they started getting their shots and microchips. They were not happy with that. Now everyone is sound asleep.

Six weeks old and moved out to a puppy next to the back door. Soon they will play on the deck. One of the black puppies is a phantom, black with red. Pictures later. There are 3 apricot females, 2 black females (I don't see red in them), 1 phantom female black with red, available.

Happy Wednesday! This is my greeting every morning.
