If you wonder why no posts are being made and it seems so quiet at our farm.. this is why. My bassets and I are so much alike. I don't like cold weather, cold wind, snow, ice and cold rain. The bassets don't like any of the above either. We have had such nasty weather in NC since the New Year that we have all been hermits. 😊 Other than their quick bathroom breaks, I try to make us all go out daily for exercise. Funny thing..it hasn't been happening. Today everyone went out. It was about 34 degrees with a cold wind blowing. After a few trips around the yard everyone was looking at me like "it's too cold out here and all the ice hasnt melted"! So we all go back in and the bassets are all now snuggled in their warm beds...I'm headed to mine too😁

I forgot to post this. When the puppies were 2 weeks old the big bassets were having a howling serenade outside. The pups heard and joined in singing. Never had them do this so young. Precious ❤️

Puppies are 3 weeks old and weighing over 7 lbs. They are just too cute. ❤️❤️ Very chubby and with alot of personality
