A little background ...

Vali started in 1988 with an idea to own, train, exhibit, and breed champion Keeshonden. After over 25 successful years with many wonderful Kees, I began looking for a different breed, and found the Icelandic Sheepdog. Hook, line, and sinker ... I’m now all-in, and wondering why in the world it took me so long. My first Icelandic, “Rain”, came to us in 2014. She quickly earned her AKC Champion and Grand Champion titles, and is the love of my life. Intelligent, willing, sound, outgoing, friendly and loving ... Rain exemplifies exactly what makes an Icelandic Sheepdog so extraordinary!
