very - We will add a small delivery charge for locations that are more than 25
miles away. Lampasas, Copperas Cove, Killeen, Florence, Burnet, Lometa, Adamsville,
Evant, Topsey, and Pidcoke are all in the free delivery range. Weight Limits – All the ponies have a weight limit of 80 pounds for riders. The
pony cart has a weight limit of 200 pounds (not including the driver). The cart
can take 2 small children or one adult per ride. Liability Release Form - All participants will be required to sign a liability release
form. In the case of minors, a parent or guardian will need to sign for them. We
can email you a form for your event ahead of time, so you can have parents sign
as they drop off the children, or you can send copies of the release form with the
invitations and then collect them at the door. Helmets - All pony riders will be required to wear a helmet. We offer helmet
liners, free-of-charge, for better hygiene. Our helmets are easily adjustable with
a dial in the back. Fencing - All pony rides are required to be in a fenced-in area. If you have a
fenced yard, we can use that. Otherwise, we will need to bring portable fence
panels. Please let us know ahead of time, so we can plan accordingly. Ground Surfaces – The ponies do not wear shoes. Pavement and gravel are
hard on their feet. The one exception to that is the cart pony, as it is easier to
pull the cart on pavement. The animals prefer a grassy surface, however, be
aware that there may be some damage to manicured lawns. We are not
responsible for any damage to the grounds as a result of our set-up or animals. Clean-up – We will clean up large piles of p**p, but there is no way to clean up
every little speck. You can hose the area a few time and it will decompose into
the soil and fertilize your lawn. We are also happy to put the cleaned-up manure
in your compost bin.

*Pony Cart – The pony cart needs a relatively smooth track with a large turn
around. It does not make sharp turns, so it needs at least as much room as a
pickup truck to turn around. A round driveway is perfect. We can use a large
yard with few obstacles or a long, straight driveway as long as it has a large
enough turn around. We can use roads as long as there is little to no traffic.

** Carousel - The carousel requires extra time to set up. We will start your time
as soon as the ponies are hooked up.

*** Petting Zoo – We will bring our own fencing for the petting zoo. The zoo will
include a selection of pygmy goats, a miniature horse, a pot-belly pig, and
possibly some other assorted animals. We will bring babies if we have them, but
we can’t guarantee their availability year-round. Longer Events – If your event is longer than 2 hours, contact us for pricing. We
will offer a discount for schools, churches, and certified non-profit groups on a
case-by-case basis. Please be aware that the ponies and workers need a break
every 2 hours. We will work that into the schedule for longer events. Fairs and Festivals – we would love to set up at fairs, festivals, or other large
events. We charge $5 per ride at large events. If you know of an event or
location where we can set-up, we would really appreciate a heads-up.
