Meet this handsome boy Bailey. He is a golden retriever/ Shepherd mix almost 2 years old. Bailey is very shy and unsure about things right now. He will need some patience and understanding. Come meet this sweet boy today.

My mini Aussie went missing in town this morning last seen on stigall and east lake street. He slipped his collar, he’s very skittish so please don’t chase. He is neutered. His name is Junior. He also goes by jooner bean and jooner bug. He was at a new place last night and is very scared and confused. They can text or call me at 731-257-0087 if he is seen.

This is Bella. She is around
1 year 8 mths old. Bella is not a sweet cuddly cat. She might like you one second and slap at you the next. She's not a bad cat she just likes things on her terms. She would be perfect as an only cat for someone who might want a mouser without a cat being in your face or piled on your lap. Bella is spayed and up-to-date on vaccines.

At our last board meeting, we discussed the necessity of acquiring additional martingale dog collars designed to prevent dogs from slipping out of them during walks. We would greatly appreciate any donations of these collars. Thank you for your ongoing support. We are needing all sizes.

This gorgeous girl is now up for adoption. She is scheduled to be spayed on 3/26/25 and can go home after. She will be up-to-date on vaccines.
Her adoption fee is $75. Come meet this beauty.

To our community members and supporters:
In response to the community's plea, we have made the decision to revoke the 75/90 rule at tonight's board meeting.
In addition, we are introducing a new animal fostering program. We are hopeful with these changes, we can continue being successful at saving the lives of the animals of Benton County.
As always, we welcome any and all volunteers to come and visit our shelter, meet the staff and possibly meet the pet you've been searching for.
We thank you for your support and look forward to many successes in the future.

UPDATE ADOPTED 💜💛🧡

Mila came to us as an owner surrender today. She is 1 1/2 yrs old ,47 lbs and marked like a rottie. She seems to be a sweet girl, receptive to human attention. We wlli dog and cat test soon.

This handsome boy Barron a 7 year old Chow is still looking for his forever home. He seems to get along with people and other dogs. He weighs in at 57 lbs. Barron came to the shelter bc of health issues with his owner. He is scheduled to be neutered next week.
