Woof woof! Long time, no bark! It has been awhile since I have posted. Let’s see, Daddy had a sh*tty run racing season last year. His health has not been great with two serious bouts with Prostatitis in a year and dealt with a sprained ankle most of last year.
He DNFed a couple races including the Leadville Trail 100 Mile. I tried to keep him running but he has run out of gas and not running much. He has been skiing a ton.
Enough about him…lots going on with me. My old cranky Vet told my dad that my spleen tumor found in 2019 had grown in size and would need to remove it soon. I got very sick about a month ago and Daddy took me to another Vet who strongly recommended removal of that tumor.
So, I got it removed. It was the size of a basketball weighing almost 7 lbs. Best news is that the tumor biopsy results were benign. I have been recovering well and back to being Daddy’s adventure side kick. I am feeling so much better. We have been road tripping, he has been skiing, I have been playing in the snow, and we are running together albeit slow and short distance.
OH and the biggest news is that my Daddy and I are leaving Colorado! He is selling our Condo and we are Montana bound. Daddy has lived in Colorado for 24 years and I have been here for 10 years. We are both sick and tired of the crowds everywhere and I am done with being attacked by as***le dogs. Adios, Colorado! Excited to move closer to mountains and with a lot less people.
