Top pad plus a Bottom pad and a small blanket come with it . Great quality. Cats love them!!! Very strong, and long lasting!! I went over to the shelter to see what cats love. These beds are it for sure. Both bottom and top. Multi Cats might like to be on 1 bed! The Cat Beds are 18"X 18" top surface . And 17" tall. The fabric is called "Top Gun". It is strong, Rip and tare resistant. easily cleaned with a mild cleaner. It is UV resistant too!
