Friday, Dec. 6 we will be having some tree work done. There will be no daycare that day.

As of December 1st, our daycare rate will be $45 per day per dog. Our boarding rate will not be changing.

Our Story

What makes us different? The Dog Paws Inn has been caring for dogs in the greater Scarborough, Maine area since 2003. We have the experience and knowledge to give your dogs the best care possible.

Small capacity. One thing that sets us apart from other local dog daycares, is that we are small and like it that way! Our customers appreciate that we take a maximum of 20 dogs because they know their dog will not get “lost in the crowd.” Each dog gets lots of individual attention and care. We get to know each of our dogs very well and tailor our care to their needs, wants, and even their little quirks.

Well matched, small playgroups. Our customers also appreciate that we carefully tailor the playgroups so that every dog has a safe, fun, and happy experience. Your dog will be matched with other dogs who are similar in activity level, size, and personality. In addition, for safety reasons, our playgroups are always supervised.

Well trained, qualified employees. All employees are trained to follow The Dog Paws Inn's strict canine health, safety and cleanliness protocols. In addition, each employee is required to complete a dog first aid course after they are hired. Our employees really enjoy the opportunity to care for your dogs so much, that we have very low employee turnover.
