"Driving from Las Cruces to seek attention for my 12 yr old Chihuahua neighbor dog attack.
I am extremely thankful that the staff and Veterinarian assessed Chiquita and immediately provided her with pain meds. My family and I called several so called Animal Hospital and 24 hr Vet services in Las Cruces but they refused to see her. Shame on them and so inhumane.

"The care was excellent, as soon as we walked in they took our french bulldog who had a severe allergic reaction. The front tech was extremely helpful. The Vet talked to us in the matter of 20 minutes and by then our baby was already stable. Great and compassionate service. In less than 30 minutes my poor Pointer mix pup was looking like a fat Shar Pei!! And of course not a single vet opened that day in Las Cruces. "We were in Ruidoso NM when our pup had a seizure and the crew at El Paso Emergency Center worked with our vet there to transfer him same day. Dr. Bowens was the Neurologist on call and he came in on his day off, saw our dog, made sure we were in constant communication and understood what was going on while our dog stayed with them overnight.
