The pugs and I took a little road trip this weekend. But, before we left town we delivered fresh batches of Classic Peanut Butter and Peanut Butter & Bacon to Piggly Wiggly on Clairmont.

One year ago, a pug came to my booth and I clutched my heart and said "he reminds me so much of puppy Georgie!" His mom quickly said "Because he's Georgie's brother!". Today, Steve returned to the market and he's as cute as ever. He has Georgie's beauty marks and is clearly living as good a life, if not better, as Georgie. He met his nephew Albie and we all promised to get the boys together for a playdate. I just love the pug community.

I found the pugs! I visited the resident pugs today. On the menu was a bowl of strawberries - for the pugs. Had I known these English pugs enjoy strawberries, I would have brought them some Strawberry Shortcake treats. I fed them strawberries, hugged them, pet them, loved them. What an amazing spot here in London. My heart is happy.

My 5th day in England and I finally saw a pug. Jess was with his parents in a restaurant in Port Isaac - yes, IN the restaurant. He's a rescue and he loves to swim. Also met Ramos and his Boston friends. He's a 20 month old Rottie and he has a tail! I'm pretty sure they don't dock tails in the UK. Met lots of other dogs in Port Isaac who aren't pictured. This place was amazing and I feel this won't be my last visit. Now, back to London where I will continue to search Hyde Park and all other areas for a pug.

There are so many dogs in Port Isaac, Cornwall. Looking for a space to let because surely they could do with a dog treat shop here. Have not seen one pug, so obviously they need a few of those.

Took myself out for a little birthday dinner tonight. Wonderful wine, gougères, and an amazing trout dish. Met a new author - will be out searching for this book tomorrow. Wonderful service in a cozy little restaurant. Honestly I could have just eaten the bread and butter (French butter ... nothing compares), but the whole experience was just what I needed to celebrate another year.

I'm in London for a little vacation. Was walking through Hyde Park today to return to my hotel. Google maps told me to go one way, but I saw dogs in the other direction. Which way do you suppose I went?

Georgie has a job outside of CahaBones. Yesterday he and the other company canine, Duke, dressed in their holiday sweaters to pose for a company holiday photo. Baby boy Albie joined them as he is hoping to one day join the company. We hope you're happier about the holidays than these three looked posing for the photo.
