Good Afternoon everyone, I just wanted to send out a reminder that we are booking up for our fall and winter dates for this year and next year pretty quickly. I wanted to remind everyone that we only rent on a first come first serve basis. Your dates will not be reserved until we have received your signed contract back along with your booking fee. As stated in your contract your booking fee is NOT your deposit these are two different things. Your booking fee is 25% of your rental fee which is used to reserve your event date. This is a nonrefundable fee if your event is cancelled, but I reassure you that if your event continues as planned your booking fee amount will be deducted from your rental fee and the deduction will be shown on your Pre-Event invoice. We are super excited to have you back this year! We are now under a new director and can’t wait for all the exciting things to come! Thank you and see you soon!
