God's word for the day. Eph. 6:18 NIV. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people. This is a great reminder to keep on praying. Also this scripture points out our prayers shouldn't just be just vain repetitionsons but rather focused and on point. We should be totally engaged with God. Shalom, Brother Jerry Wallendal

Just a heads up. We got several urgent notices that we were registered to vote as they had a previous address for us. I called the Waupun City clerk and we are ok. There are some shenanigans going on so be careful. If in doubt call your local clerk and check. They can verify.

God's word for the day. Proverbs 26:2 Like a fluttering sparrow or a darting swallow,
an undeserved curse does not come to rest. I often write about the power of the tongue and how we need to control what comes out of our mouths. But what about when someone else curses us from the words of their mouth. I write about how to handle this in my book Evangelism, He Chose You. I tell the story about how I a young lady in jail who I believe was demon passed tried to put a curse on me and how I nullified it when I felt it coming on. This scripture is a great way to nullify someone's negative words by applying God's word. After all isn't that how Jesus fought off the devil when he was attacked after 40 days in the wilderness. God's word for the day. Galatians 5:1
1 It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery. In Galatians Paul tells us Christ has freedom us from the slavery to sin. So when the the Satin or his demons come at you with temptations, stand firm and do not become burdened. Whom the Son sets free is free indeed. God bless you.

God's word for the day. Proverbs 24:12 If you say, “But we knew nothing about this,”
does not he who weighs the heart perceive it?
Does not he who guards your life know it?
Will he not repay everyone according to what they have done? Friends , for those of us who are believers we can rest in knowing that the Lord will pay back people for their deeds good or evil. Also a good reminder to us to carefully consider our actions as He is watching all the time. He never slumbers nor sleeps.

God's Word For The Day. Luke 21:25-28. 25 ‘There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea. 26 People will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken. 27 At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. 28 When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.’ Hmmmm!!!

Wow, this version from the Pasion Translation gives me a much clearer understanding. God's word can be pretty strong at times. Let us not water it down but also have discretion on when and how to apply it that it would be pleasing to God.

Just want to let everyone know we are doing a fundraiser at The Pizza Ranch on Monday Oct 14th 5:00 to 8:30 for Kade Kuhnke and his mother Destinee. Kade is a 2 year old battling leukemia. The battle has left Destinee in financial need . I was able to secure Downtown Harrisn Townsend to preform a show at 6:00 PM. Come on down enjoy some pizza and the show and help Destinee and Kade. Please pass the word. PS you can also help by donating to Kade Chemo Journey Go Fund Me.

Asking for a prayer. We are getting an online prayer circle going. My love to everyone who reads this. Let's pray for each other and all of those affected by hurricane Helene today & incoming Milton because prayers are needed right now. If I don't see your name, I'll understand. I ask my family and friends wherever you might be, to post this status for one hour, to whisper a prayer for all of those who have family problems, health struggles, job issues, or worries of any kind and just need to know that someone cares. Do it for all of us, for nobody is immune. I hope to see this on the walls of my family and friends. I did it for someone else, and you can too ! 💜🙏🏻💜

Just remember at voting time. Harris says she is going to make sure to tax the rich. Funny that a large part if not the majority of her campaign funding comes from rich individuals. Hmmmmm. How does that work? Think about it.

People please know that the government and Fema is totally mishandling the aid to victims of Heline. I have talked to people in or close to that area. Do your research. If you know of someone in that area you can contact for the truth (that you can reach) contact them as get the truth. Thank you to all those standing up to get aid to those areas. I am told that much of the aide that is getting through is from churches, Christian organizations and individual Christians. Pray, pray Pray. Pray for those who are suffering. Pray that the red tape preventing the rapid and proper distribution of aide would get to those who need it. God bless you all.

We are now less than two weeks from the fundraiser for Kade Kunke is is he 2 year old battling leukemia cancer. It will be at the pizza Ranch in Waupun Monday Oct.14 5:00 to 8:30. Downtown Harrison Townsend will be performing at 630. There will also be a silent auction closing at 8:10 PM. Leota will have some Mandala art in the auction Please notify your church and pass the word. We are looking for other items for the silent auction and a few volunteers to help. No charge for the show but a free will offer will be taken up for Kade. NJ
