Dogs, cats, children… never ending battle. 😂

Well I may be 62 but I feel 20 years younger now after going from 236 to 141 all after finding this little-known “Exotic Rice Method” …

I was having dinner with my friend Jen when she told me about a video she came across while scrolling.

That’s how she found out about this “rice method” that only takes 10 seconds in her morning routine.

I didn’t really believe her at first. But she was gushing about it and I couldn’t argue with her transformation.

She looked amazing by the way. I mean, Jen definitely didn’t look like this before…

So I figured ok I might as well try it.

I mean, I tried so many different things over the years. At least this “rice method” was very simple and easy to fit in to my routine.

Well let me tell you, just this morning I was trying on a swimsuit that I haven’t even dared to LOOK at in years…

I feel like I did in my 30s. That kind of playful, happy me, without a care in the world.

I thought that old me was gone forever…

If you watch the video, you’ll see what I mean. This “rice method" isn’t about exercising or watching everything I eat.

It’s much simpler than that. And it works for me, that’s the main thing!~

I’m just hoping Jen will see this when she’s scrolling, because I want to say the biggest THANK YOU to her for sharing it with me.

This is an incredible opportunity for anyone needing to get health testing done. I haven’t seen eye exams this low price wise in a couple years.

We are pleased to announce that we are FULL with over 80 dogs registered for the health clinic on August 17th--- everyone who signed up should have received an information email and a separate confirmation email with a time slot. If you need help, please contact us at [email protected]

The clinic has several exam rooms and each doctor will have his/her own area and scheduling will be performed such that dogs may be put into holding kennels in the air conditioning as you wait.

We DO have availability for CGC and Trick Dog evaluations for anyone to sign up for (you don’t have to be coming for other exams) $25 covers any level of CGC and/or Trick for the same dog and we have title ribbons for all! Pre-registration is required for all testing, and payment will be collected at the event:

I have an acquaintance who has some really cute puppies in the OKC area. I don’t know much about the litter, so contact Mike and Grace with any questions. Grace is a vet, so I know the puppies are fully vetted and well cared for. Just trying to help them out.

Always good to remember!
Cool them off as quickly as possible without using ice. Just cool water or wet towels and get some airflow going.
If you use icy water it can cause them to go into shock.

Do you know the signs of heat stroke in pets? The heat can take a toll on both humans and animals.

A visit to the beach is an ideal way to spend a summer day, and it can be tempting to take your dog along. But be aware the beach isn’t the best option for all dogs.

This will be an incredible working dog litter if Rosie gets bred. Not couch potatoes, these are very active lines. You’re going to have to have a training plan in place and be able to keep them busy or these puppies will find their own jobs and you might not like what they end up doing. 😆
Goldens are family oriented, not kennel dogs. Especially these lines.

I’ve gotten out of the habit of taking the dogs anywhere with me during the summer except the lake and my vet if needed.
Don’t leave anyone in the vehicle during the summer!

I do miss having a Therapy dog. Merlin has been retired for a couple years now. Looking forward to training my next one in a few years.

With Merlin’s 12th birthday coming up (on the 22nd), I’ve been thinking back on all the excitement and emotions on meeting him and getting to bring him home. Having him as one of my very best friends over the almost 12 years we’ve been together has been one of the biggest blessings in my life. I’ve met some of my dearest friends because of him. He has always been so willing to try anything I want to try. Everything from hunting mice and rats, retrieving birds for me, bring comfort to nursing home residents, dog shows and just being my best buddy and constant companion, I’m grateful for all of it. He’s the most easy going and well rounded dog I’ve ever met. There will never be another boy like him. D’Nan, you gave me one of my very best friends. Thank you! 💙
Spending the rest of his life with him, making his last years special, will be my goal. I love you with all my heart, Merlin! My green collar boy. 💚

I’ve got a friend who has puppies! A variety of colors, from “toasty” golden to a vanilla ice cream color (no “white”). Should be nice all around family dogs. Could be anything from good family hunting dogs to therapy dogs in this litter.
The litter is up in KS being raised in the family’s home and each puppy is adored!
