Say Hi to Tucker! This spunky little dude is with us for a few weeks to practice some very important skills for his new living arrangement. His owner is moving into assisted living, so Tucker will be learning how to calmly ride in a carrier for the flight there, quietly acknowledge people coming in and out of his home, and figure out how to use a potty pad so that he has another option between visits with the dog walker. 🐾

We are so excited to help make this transition smooth and stress free for everyone involved ☺️

Sisko went home today! ✨ We had such a good time giving this guy off leash freedom, challenging his mind, and learning some emotional regulation in the process! His owners are so excited for their new leash on life 😉

Big to small, we train them all. 😉

Don’t think that just because your dog is small, that he can’t learn or wouldn’t enjoy training. Those little guys have a lot of personality and energy that can be better focused on positive behaviors! 🤩

Crew has never had his nails done without a big to-do; including restraint and sedation. During his board and train we have been working on this handling skill - he still doesn’t love it, but I only expect dogs to tolerate nail trimming - it is a must for appropriate care. Over time he may grow to enjoy it more since he is rewarded heavily for allowing it, but for now I am just really excited that he’s not alligator rolling and mouthing my hands. And he must feel so much better with his nails shorter! 💅🏻
