Ninth Life Rescue Center Ninth Life Rescue Center is a non profit, no kill, foster based rescue based in Westmoreland County.

Ninth Life Rescue Center is a 501c3 Nonprofit, no-kill, all volunteer, foster based rescue fundraising to move into a brick and mortar location to save even more lives! Known for medical cases, we take in a lot of badly injured and extremely sick cats and kittens. We are fortunate to work very closely with our vet, All Pets Hospital to save as many lives as we possibly can. We support our communit

y by only taking in local animals, providing TNR (Trap-Neuter-Release) to help reduce the feral stray population, free bi-monthly neuter clinics to the public, and adopting out our fully vetted animals.
