We are still avidly searching for Daisy’s perfect adopter. A few months ago, we became very concerned about Daisy and her deteriorating behavioral and mental state after spending 100+ days at our facility. We luckily found a great foster who was able to give her some time outside of the shelter, but she can’t keep her forever and we’d really love to find Daisy her forever place.

Some additional background on Daisy- she came to us on a court hold after her owners could no longer care for their pets. The other dog and cat from her home have found their forever home, but it's been harder for an older gal like Daisy. Her previous owners had bottle fed her from a puppy and kept her until she was 8 years old. She's lived with other dogs and at least one cat, as well as children. They said she is housebroken and crate trained and lived happily with children.

We are PLEADING for help with Jersey Girl 🙏 FOSTER Jersey Girl!!

Jersey Girl was once a peppy girl with a lively personality but the shelter has taken it's toll. Now Jersey Girl is depressed, and we are worried for her mental health here at the shelter!

UPDATE: We have not had rescue interest on this sweet pair, Chumungus and Mrs. Fluffington. We have their dentals scheduled for next Tuesday, and we would still love to find placement for them! They are sweethearts and incredibly social, and they've spent nearly 2 months at our facility when they deserve to be in a home! If you're interested in helping either or both of them, please email [email protected]

UPDATE: We haven't received rescue interest for this sweet pair. They've been with us close to a month and a half now and we'd really like to find placement for them to address their dental needs and find them a home.

Mrs. Fluffington and Chumungus are a pair of 6 year old fixed cat that require dental surgery and we are seeking medical rescue placement for them. They were initially shy on intake but has begun opening up. We would love if a rescue could pull both of them, but they're not bonded and not required to leave together. Adopted!!

Darby is a young and social dog at our facility. He is friendly and playful, and has positive interactions with other dogs. He was previously in a foster home, but we would love to find him a home that's more permanent. He is available for adoption and rescue placement.
