This is Douglas!
He is around 3 months old, an energetic and goofy guy. We’re not exactly sure what kind of dog he is but he currently weighs ~11lbs, we’re thinking he might be medium sized (40ish pounds) when full grown.

He thinks he’s a big kid and wants to play with every dog who we’ve had him with. He wants to play with cats (and has been swatted a few times) and will most likely chase cats if they run.

Update on Olive!
The surgeries (eye enucleation and emergency spay) were both successful and she’s recovering in her foster home. This girl is a trooper and we hope that in a couple of short weeks she can finally feel what it’s like to not be in pain.
She also has a home pending for her once she is fully healed! Thank you to everyone who has donated to help us help her!

She is a 3 year old Bernadoodle in need of a new home due to some changes in the owners life. She can be a bit slow to warm up to men, loves other dogs and children.
She has had lots of training, is house trained. Loves car rides and playing with friends. Her current owner has had no issues with separation anxiety. She’s just an all around perfect gal!

This is Delgado! He is a young German Shepherd.

Delgado is a gorgeous boy with a beautiful personality. He is loyal, faithful, protective and an absolute love. He has a beautiful heart and character and craves the companionship of humans. He is eager to please and will thrive with a person who can appreciate what a special boy he is and the friendship he has to offer.

Delgado loves toys. He will fetch the ball, with passion, and can play tug with the best of them. He is smart and has completed training at In Line K9 Academy. In addition, his foster/trainer is offering free training (for life) to his new owner to ensure his success in his new home. He has all his basic training down and is crate trained too.

Delgado would prefer to be an only dog. He is heart and soul dedicated to his person and will be happiest as your one and only.

This gorgeous boy’s birthday is estimated to be around January 2023. He is neutered, microchipped, and current on his vaccinations. If you are interested in adopting Delgado please fill out an application on our website!

This is Pollyanna (or Polly Pig) - she was with us about a year ago and through no fault of her own is back with us.

She is about 4 years old now, spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. Polly is a happy and playful little lady, enjoys being around other dogs, cats and other small critters too.

Here are some of our most recent kittens and their mama Molly! The kitties will be 8 weeks and old enough to go home on the 27th (the day before Thanksgiving)! Molly is super sweet, friendly, and super young (we think about a year or so).

Syrus Syrus Syrus... Why do we still have you?

Our last boy pup from our parvo litter this past spring, he is 8 months old now, a happy go lucky kid and such a lover. Syrus does great with other dogs and meeting new people - he has been a great running partner for one of our volunteers and routinely goes on off leash adventures (he loves any and all water).

This is Olive. She needs some help. We got Olive from a kill shelter a couple days ago, someone had left her and Fern (another dog we pulled) tied up in a bag at the door of animal control. She has been really really sweet. We are unsure of what exactly happened to her eye but it was bulging and puss kept draining out of it. It turned out the eye had to be removed immediately. While going through the process of getting her eye taken care of, we found out she is in the beginning stages of having Pyometra, which is a uterine infection, so we have to spay her at the same time as the enucleation. The vet estimate, to make sure this little girl gets through all this stuff is close to $4,000 and we really need some help to cover the costs to save her! If you can please donate! Everything helps. This happy little rascal is a ham! He’s silly, quirky, and full of character. Scooter has a big personality with lots of opinions and thoughts about things. He’s definitely a charismatic little guy. Scooter is well educated in doggy basic training (he even knows a trick or two). He’s highly treat motivated and loves to learn new things. He is crate trained as well. Scooter’s personality is very cat like. At times he likes to snuggle on the couch and is affectionate when it suits him. Other times, he’s very happy to be an independent guy. Scooter is friendly with dogs and enjoys a canine companion or two to pal around with. We have no history or experience regarding his exposure to cats so that’s an unknown. We suspect he would do best in an adult home. Scooter is estimated to be about 3 years old.
