And just like that, 6 weeks old. They have had many new experiences and met many new people. Dharma has officially weaned them. And the rubber mat is gone, a crate has been added. We went back down to one p*e area inside as they are reliably going in and out the dog door. Many are already choosing to eliminate outside. Amazing puppies 🤩 ❤️🧡🖤💙🤎💛💗🤍💚

They wall came down!! Increased area means increased potty area. Will be adding a crate soon as well.

Happy 5 weeks babies!! They got their first Parvo vaccine today and have been worked twice. They are playing more and sleeping less. Pretty much all of them have gone over the wall, but not consistently yet, so I have a few more days of respite. Dharma is down to feeding them just twice a day. I’m not sure what will happen when the wall comes down, she might be done, we will see 🤍🖤💗❤️💜💙💛🤎💚🧡

Not bad for the puppy that showed the most nervousness while with the litter!! I always say, “it’s not about if they get scared, it’s about the recovery.” Now is the time to introduce him to anything and everything. I think he’s perfect 🏹❤️

Don’t let their sweet sleeping faces fool you, hanging out with them when they are awake is a little like seeing if you can swim with piranha or 🦈

Luca loves the water, Dharma tolerates it. We will see which ones love it right away on these next few hot days!

First time in the house! We were in the kitchen/dinning room for at least an hour and there was not one single accident off the astrotuf. They enjoyed their new experience, meeting new people and devouring chicken necks ❤️

Next steps and new beginnings, Dharma is teaching them the glory of the crate. They aren’t so sure 😂 6 weeks and growing up.

We lost Purple last night. Even more than the sadness of losing one it the fear of losing more. I have no answers and that probably the worst. In the meantime, the remaining puppies are happy and vibrant. We will focus on the delight of the remaining rather than dwell on the tragedy. RIP 💜
