Welcome to 2025! With all we have going in our regular lives, rescue has been kind of slow but we welcomed the first dogs into rescue for this year and financially we need some help for vetting.

Just shots, first visits, testing, and preventatives were over $600 for these three cuties and they all have spays scheduled for which we are in need of donations.

Etta is a 4 (almost 5) year old Newfipoo who has been with us since March 2024. Some pups just take longer and some, quite frankly, will always be a work in progress. Etta is one of those sweet souls but she still deserves a home of her own so this weekend, we are showcasing her and asking for shares to find that patience loving soul who could show Etta all that she deserves in life.

Etta is great with other dogs, cats, and would be ok with older children as long as they aren't of the age that run around and make loud noise that would scare her.

Etta has been waiting 7 months for the right home and we are now reducing her adoption fee to $300. If you know someone who might be interested, we ask that you share her. She is currently fostering in Potsdam, NY and we would like to keep her within a couple hour radius so we can deliver her safely and help her adapt.

Dakota is a VERY sweet 5 year old beabull (Beagle/English Bulldog) who was an urgent release from breeders in Ohio (that means they said she had to go NOW). She could not adore people more; her little nub never stops wiggling!

Dakota has had her basic vetting and will be spayed soon. She's currently looking for a family who will get her out and moving because she LOVES to eat and is a lil *cough cough* chunky.

This girl's best home will have up to a couple more low-key dogs, cats would be fine as well as kids. She just wants her people's love!! Dakota is available as a foster to adopt until she's spayed at which point an adoption can be finalized. Her adoption fee is $400

When we have multiple applications on any given dog we always strive to choose the best placement. In some cases there are more than one that would meet that criteria, but ultimately we only have one dog to place. Today I was verbally assaulted by someone who felt they were entitled to first come first serve placement of a dog. That is not how we operate. So if you think that putting in the first application will secure you one of our dogs, you should probably look elsewhere.

Sweet Lexi joined us yesterday. She was surrendered by her dad's family after he passed away and is looking for an understanding quiet home. She is such a sweetheart but so scared being tossed out in the world like this. Please let us know if you would be interested in fostering or adopting this adorable girl. She gets along well with other dogs and I don't see her as a dog with any prey drive so while we have no experience I suspect she would be fine with cats

Aggie is shocked to announce she has had no new applications come in. She is a gorgeous 16 lb 6-year-old miniature Schnauzer. Her personality is so vibrant and she does well in any situation. Her spay is set for tomorrow and she will be available to her new home the following week
