I have asked this question of sevral doctors recently, I have inquired about this concern by calling multiple municipalities, but no answers or even interest in finding a solution has been provided:

Where does an orphaned teen reside when he has an infectious illness that is literally falling from his clothing and crawling on his furniture?

While it is my goal to leave no stone unturned as I am studying and learning about this illness, traveling the country seeking professional intervention, aligning data with observations, witnessing and experiencing firsthand effects of medical gaslighting-knowledge gaps-deficits in ethicality, seeking resolution for our medical needs, exhausting resources to protect people we encounter, tracking origins of this deadly pathogen, educating those who need to fill a knowledge gap, I am overwhelmed by the extraordinary pressures of developing a contingency plan because the data that I trust more than thoughts or opinions is screaming out that death is probable.

According to WHO, CDC, and NIH published data, our family is facing an 80% morbidity rate. That statistic is NOT because there is no medication for this ailment, but because there is a massive KNOWLEDGE GAP among healthcare providers. And because the bureaucratic red tape is too cumbersome in the face of overhead obligations.

If I survive this, I WILL CLOSE THIS AND OTHER MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE GAPS.

If I do not survive this, my child will need analytical minds to grab this torch.

There exists NO EXCUSES for any medical knowledge gaps in today’s digitally rich society—the world of information is literally at our fingertips!

Even the most thorough and thoughtful doctor we have encountered, Dr. Manan Bhatt of Marietta, a primary care physician, who has spent weeks digging into our medical records and listing all testing that was overlooked or needs repeating, who has been available at our beckoned call, makes useless claims that have zero science behind them.

Thankfully, Dr. Bhatt is opened to growth and receptive of enlightenment when I present contrary data in the face of his uncertain assertions.

Hi all!
Sadly, we are no longer breeding our beautiful standard poodles as announced in a previous post.

We no longer have puppies to place, but we do have two adults who will be placed in a well-vetted home; a male and a female.

Both will be available following sterilization and healing.

Both are high-energy adolescents and would be more comfortable rehoming as a pair.

If you have interest, and you can guarantee you would return these babies to me in the event you cannot keep them, will have the financial stability to maintain grooming and veterinary needs, will have the space to accommodate high-energy running and jumping, the time to spend throwing sticks a few times a week, and the love in your heart to treat them with the respect and care they deserve, please contact me.

We have two babies to connect with their furever families! One male and one female!

They are soooo sweet!

Now that all the shots are onboard, they have been enjoying outside play and potting training. It is so fun watching them pounce around during outside time!

Call me, if you would like to be considered for placement. I am not getting notifications of comments or messages.

From the bottom of my fur-mom heart, I would like to thank you all for following our page and supporting our program. We have decided to pause all breeding activities indefinitely.

We have ONE last litter that has been ready for new homes for a week, but due to family priorities, I have not been online or taken photos to share. These puppies are all cream/light-apricots and have never been outside, have all shots, dewormed, tails are docked long.

If you are interested in one of these pups, born 6/6/23, please text or call because I will probably not be on Facebook daily.

I will happily schedule a phone meeting during which I will facetime with you so you can see our litter. I will not be available until Thursday of this week (9/21) after lunch.

Note: I will make an additional post about the available adults ( I have already turned down 3 potential new owners because I did not feel they would be good fits for my babies, but with hope, I will find the right fit soon.)

Update on Rosie!
100% improvement! Our strong girl is coming home on Pepcid, Prednisone, Denamarin, and Metronidazole. These meds are for prevention of stomach upset, inflammation, liver protection, and loose stools, respectively.

Once she is over the shock of this anaphylactic shock experience and has completed and metabolized all the medications, Rosie will undergo allergy testing to help us identify the allergen that caused her critical reaction.

Please say a prayer for Rosie ( available 6 month old).

Today she was lethargic, had shallow breathing, rapid heart rate, and would not stand.

We took her to the emergency vet, with haste, and she is still there on IV fluids and receiving life-saving care.

She is still not out of the woods.

She was diagnosed with anaphylaxis that is believed to be caused by an environmental exposure to a plant or insect.

She did perk up following the first bolus of IV fluids, but the epinephrine did not work. They are repeating the epinephrine dose, and if that does not work, they will start an epi-drip.

We sure hope and pray that Rosie pulls through!

We also hope and pray they can narrow down the allergen so we can protect other puppies going forward.

Y'all, it is finals week at university and I have had my head buried for 6 weeks preparing for this week. It is almost over!

For the reason above, I have not had an opportunity or mindset to post on this page, but I need to share this:

From our previous litter, born November 14th, we still have three pups. They are potty training, playing, and loving life.

At the vet this past week, they received more shots, a full check-up, and lots of pampering.

I do not have recent pictures because I am not staying at home until all the final exams are behind me, but if you want pictures before next week, let me know and I will have their caregiver send me some.

Due to no fault of their own, the expected owners had to back out of the agreement before pick-up day. We have 1 female who we call Rosie and she is a deep Apricot. We have two males, and we struggle to tell them apart right now, without watching their temperaments for a few minutes, but these are both creams.

Don't wait if you are interested because once these tests are behind me and I do a photo-shoot, they will probably move quickly.

Peace Out!
