Connecting With the Community - Indiana Free Reptile and Exotic Expo was founded to bring a positive influence and view for the reptile community. Our goal is to bring new people who have never been interested in reptiles into the community and addicted to cold blood! We want to show people what reptiles are about through education. We want to be able to put our vendors in the spot light and show
the rest of the world what it means to keep, breed and sell reptiles. The free admission is a gift to the communities supporters, and to get new people involved. Thanks for herping, everyone!

Vendor Rules
• All vendors are required to have a table cloth. They will not be available at the show so make sure you have one with you.
• We ask that vendors refrain from packing up their displays until the show is over at 4:00. If there is an emergency or other reason you would need to leave early, please let one of the show promoters know and help can be provided.
• NO venomous or native species.
• NO turtles/tortoises under 4”
• NO Wild Caught animals. We understand the importance imports play in the reptile community, although we also want to respect and protect the health of the captive animals at the show. Please leave your wild caught/field collected specimens at home. NOTE: LTC animals will be allowed as long as they are well established and 100% healthy.
• Have a clean and desirable display.
• All animals must be contained and healthy.
• All exotic mammal dealers must be permitted through the USDA and must provide that permit visible, on their table. o Dogs & Cats
All dogs and cats must have proper tags and shot records. All mammals must have food and water offered to them during the show! Due to no show vendors, we require that all tables are prepaid before the day of the show. Public Rules and Awareness’s
• No selling! We don’t mind trading with the vendors but if you want to sell, we would be more than happy to rent you a table.
• All animals have the potential to bite! Be sure to ask the vendor before handling any animals.
• Stealing will not be tolerated! You will not be escorted out; you will be detained until the proper authorities arrive. Think twice, the show may be free but the animals aren’t.
• If you come to cause problems, you will not be tolerated and security will deal with deal you as they see fit.
