Recently replaced my air manifold in the fishroom. For some dumb reason, I used 1/2" pvc to make it. Took it all down, and used 3/4" to make it. It's running nice and smooth again!

Have you ever seen a fatter oto?!?! My wife calls her Princess, and she's got a group of three boys. She's so big she doesn't even sit level with the ground lol!

Cutting glass to patch drilled holes in some 10G tanks. I was a little rusty, and snapped the first piece bad lol. Got another and all cut to perfect size. A rotary tool was used to grind down the sharp edges.

So my wife and I moved to Lakeland back in mid December. I broke my whole fishroom down on basically one leg. I recycled all that wood into a new rack that will hole all the 10s! We're super excited to have it up and running soon. The room is bigger as well. Still have a lot of work to do, but we'll get it there.

Pt. 2

So weekend before last, I spoke Aqua Expo in Atlanta. My talk was about planted tanks for beginners and how to make them successful as well as doing a couple of scapes booth.

I really think both scapes inspired those that saw it. There were so many questions and answers...it was a fun time! I truly am grateful and blessed to have had this opportunity not only to speak but to inspire.

It was amazing to see so many "saltwater" scared of trying a planted tank, but also their wanting to learn.

I would like to give a very huge shout out to for their generous support with these scapes. Many people also went home with the extra plants. One 16 yo young man went home with enough to start his own scape. It made my weekend making his with those plants, and it couldn't have been done without their support! Thank you Rene!!!

I would also like to thank for allowing to use their booth space as well as their products. Those tanks are beautiful!

So Orlando is in the books, and we've been able to catch our breathe a little bit since being home. Here's some pictures from this weekend. It was an amazing and learning experience. We had stress, anxiety, frustration, hope, joy, and elation by the time it was all over. I couldn't have pulled it off without my amazing wife Yleina. One of my best friends and came over and were a tremendous help. I'd also like to thank our sponsors once again.
