❤️🐾How does a boy like DEREK still wait for his forever? He does everything right but no one ever stops at his kennel to truly see him!😞💔

❤️⭐️ If they did, they would see a handsome boy who always sits so adorable on his bed, waiting to be picked! If given a glance, they would see the golden, gorgeous boy who has so much love to give! If they looked close, they would want to reach out and hug the boy who pleads with every fiber for love!⭐️❤️

❤️⭐️DEREK didn’t rise to shelter favorite status for no reason, he’s the real deal! He is positively radiant with his latte/chocolate brindle coat; he’s so happy-go-lucky and oddly, never met a stick, he didn’t want to carry around or toss for fun!🤩❤️

❤️🐾At just 2-yrs old, he became a stray and of course, no one came! We keep asking, how do you lose a gem 💎 like DEREK! He is excellent on a leash, seems potty trained, playful with other pups and filled with love & charm!! His cutest move is legendary, it’s the strolling along, stop, sit, with a head tilt twist, for a treat! You’re just stone cold 🥶 if you don’t fall madly in love with that move!❤️❤️

❤️🐾Please help us to have DEREK be seen! He’s so much more than just another shelter dog!! He will be your exercise buddy, within reason, 🤣 best snuggle bud and will love you fiercely without conditions!!❤️🐾⭐️

I came to the shelter as a stray, so my past is a mystery, but I can tell you that I am an affectionate girl that just wants to be close to you ☺️ In fact, don’t be surprised if I squeeze in between your knees or burrow my head under your arm, I just want to feel safe and cared for 🥹 I might even try to sit in your lap just so I can get extra love ❤️

I’m a very good girl that walks well on a leash and does not react to the other dogs in the kennels. Will you give me the love that I’m looking for? 🙏
