Position: Pet Sitter
Description: Looking to hire someone who is a true dog lover and willing to take care of kitties from time to time. This position would be sporadic hours lasting an hour to two hours max. On occasion will need for overnight pet sitting or 3-4 hour shifts but will be rare. Ideal for someone who wants to supplement with extra income or for someone who wants to work here and there. Duties include but are not limited to supervising daycare and boarding dogs, dog walking, let outs, pet sitting overnight or during the day at pet client’s homes, transporting dogs, and cleaning up after pets. Applicants must have their own reliable car and a cell phone. Great pay will be provided. The Dog Mom is a dog-sitting/walking/adventure business in Kennebunkport, Maine. We offer services in the comfort of your pet’s own home and neighborhood or at The Dog Mom’s home so your pup will always be in an environment that they are familiar and comfortable in – we can care for other animals outside of dogs if needed but can only care for them in their residence. If you would like your pup(s) to be cared for at our property, there are limited spaces available. All dogs who come to The Dog Mom’s home go through a vetting process to verify appropriate temperament and health to ensure we are always providing a fun, happy, and safe environment for all our dog clients. The Dog Mom’s home is ¾ of a mile from Goose Rocks Beach and is located on 2 acres of private land surrounded by 100 acres of open woods that leads to tons of trails with a fenced-in area on the property. The property is far off the road. When pups are taken on excursions off the property, we go to locations far away from roads where pups can have plenty of space for exercise and can even go swimming if they enjoy. Along our adventures, you will be provided updates with photos and videos so you can rest assure your pup is in good hands. Most of our offerings are customizable so don’t hesitate to ask as I am sure we can work something out for you. We will be servicing Kennebunkport, Kennebunk, Arundel, Biddeford Pool, Cape Porpoise, and Wells for services provided at your home. We welcome clients from all over to join us at our property for day or overnight pet sitting.
