We received deposit for barn lease and we expect they will be renting house mid-November as well. Thank you to those who shared this post and to those that reached out
Horse facility currently rented!
We moved our horses west of Eugene and will move out of house next to stables by mid-November.
So Hill Creek stable facility in Ashland Oregon is available for lease now and with or without the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 2,000 sq ft house by Nov. 15, 2024.

We do have someone on site and have someone willing to show property on days we are out of town.
We have partially leased stables before but always had our horses there as well
We improved irrigated pastures with ditch/gates and swales enabling use year round. A group of self care boarders as a coop would work as would an equine professional.
