I realize I have several missed messages after my post about moving. Please be patient as we had a death in the family and I am slowly trying to get back to everybody.

‼️‼️I have some important information to share.‼️‼️

I will be moving in August. I will still be in York County but further in Yorktown. I know this is last minute but we had an opportunity that we had to take.

I will be closing the August 2nd- September 3rd for our move. If we are able to get settled quicker I will open back up sooner than that. Any questions please feel free to ask. If you choose to stick with me, I’ll give you my new address.

It’s summer time, I am busy with my kids and work. I have my oldest daughter helping me with booking and reminder messages but be patient as she’s training on how to do this and will get back to you as quickly as she can.

•I have had a busy week of softball with my daughter already this week.. if you haven’t been schedule I’ll get to you by this evening!

I have been meaning to write this out for a few weeks now.. it’s a little long but please take the time to read it.

I have a lot of new clients so I wanted to give a little insight on my small but very busy business. I work for myself and by myself. I am one person trying to run the show. With that said, I do my very best with managing my schedule and grooming dogs during the day while having a toddler at home. If I don’t respond to you please send another message to remind me that you sent one. I promise I’m not purposely ignoring anyone.

I have four children. Three of my girls play softball and my toddler is a ball of energy who luckily finds it easy to play alone while I work. My time with my family is valuable, so when I am done working I want to spend my time with them. Please be mindful when booking an appt that you can pick your dog up in a timely manner. I “close shop” at 4:00. If your dog is left here later than 4:00 (unless I am running behind) there will be a charge for a late pick up. I have other obligations aside from grooming.

Drop off: drop off is in the back, at the back gate. Please do not walk in the fence. I have a toddler and other dogs here, so it is a safety issue. If you are 15 mins late, I will not accept your dog. I run on a time schedule and I can no longer accept late drop offs.

Please allow your pet to use the bathroom before coming to their spa day!

SPEED LIMIT! Speed limit is posted as 15 MPH in my neighborhood. However, on my street please do under 15. There are children out playing. If I need to, I’ll dismiss anyone who can not abide by the speed limit.

⭐️New changes coming for 2024!⭐️

-I am currently working on a new scheduling system and I hope I will have it ready to go by mid January! Communication can still happen through Facebook since 95% of my clients are on here, so that will not change.

-Due to the cost increase of shampoo, conditioner and other supplies needed to groom my prices will slightly increase.

-All clients will need to drop off in the back for now on. No more drop offs at the front door. It may take some adjusting but this will eliminate the traffic in my home. I put a sign on my gate to help everyone find which one is mine!

-There is a generous 15 minute window from your scheduled appointment to when I will consider you a no show. If you are going to be late, please send me a message!

I appreciate everyone’s continuous support and patience! I hope everyone has a safe and fun New Years!! 🐾

Christmas is approaching fast and I will be taking some time off so my availability is slim. If you would like to book your fur baby, even if it’s for a clean up please book as soon as possible. I do have some availability this weekend and next if a weekend is preferred!
