Milton K9 Academy Basic/Advanced Obedience, Board N Train, Working Dog Agility, Schutzhund Training, People/Dog Aggres We will love and care for your dog as one of our own!

Milton K9 Academy is owned and operated by Steve Willams, Former Law Enforcement with background in Corrections, Tactical Unit, Special Response Team, K9 Tactical Unit, Security, K9 Search Team, K9 Search and Recovery and Military. In addition to his many years of dog training experience, Steve has owned, fostered and lived with alot of dogs over the years. He is very familiar and successful as t

he "leader of the pack". Steve is willing to work with dogs on whom other trainers, animal behaviorists, veterinarians and owners have given up and where euthanasia is supposedly the only option. Under-socialization and lack of proper leadership on behalf of the owner(s) is often the problem. With proper training of both dog and owner and desensitization of the dog in social situations, most of them can be rehabilitated. Steve and his staff are knowledgeable and experienced with all dog breed varieties and come highly recommended by veterinarians and other pet professionals. MK9A Background

Whether you need help with your dog or you need help from your dog, Steve Williams and Milton K-9 Academy are here. Using a system for simple commands that actually works, and is not based on snacks, we will teach you how to improve the bond between you and your dog. Whether for general obedience, aggression management, or even specialized training, for dogs small or large, young or old, Milton K-9 Academy Steve Williams and his team are the experienced trainers you've been looking for. Steve Williams has over 10 years of experience in professional dog handling. Our system is elegant, efficient, and simple to use. We think the little guys can do anything the bigger ones can! Our small dog training programs work exactly as the large breed ones do. We can train your dog to look when you ask and walk gently and easily on the leash. We can help with any behavioral issues you are going through. At Milton K9 Academy, we help put you in control of your pet through the "praise" method of training. No harsh methods or fear is used in any of our training, and we treat your dog as one of our own!

THANK YOU * THANK YOU * THANK YOU
We said "Thank You" in a comment previously. But the efforts, sacrifices and attention that was given to us in helping Max deserves its own recognition and post.

We have lots of thanks due to lots of people.

First, we would like to thank Jamie Briggs-Bragg and Audrey Bragg who were willing to board Max & help with his care to get him evaluated.

We would like to thank Michelle Johnson for being on the phone with us as we somewhat lost our minds & for sending trainer's & other rescues to try to help.

Thank you to Sarah Bustin for being a loving ear & reaching out & calling trainers. She spoke with Milton K9 Academy who were immediately willing to help, if they could.

Thank you Nathan Silk with Off Leash K9 Training 30A for immediately responding to our message & be willing to call us when we said we needed urgent help.

To Melissa R Allen, thank you for dropping everything to come over to help us come up with ideas to save Max.

Thanks to David Cuchens for reaching out & trying to help us find specialists & trainers to evaluate & see Max.

A huge, huge, huge thanks to Joseph J Pimentel for reading a 5 page bio on Max that Chase had written, seeing a dog that had been grossly mischaracterized, and being willing to step in to help.

We even offered to pay for the expense that Max would incur. He told us that is appreciated, but not necessary. We scrolled through his posts and none of them were for donations or fund raising. Their rescue, the Florida Rottweiler Rescue Ranch, is so selfless that we want to take a moment and ask anyone who would like to support his efforts to go to his website (https://flrottweilerrescueranch.org/) and donate through their donate button.

We are so grateful that Max is safe. This whole time has been such a blur & we're sure we are forgetting people. If so, please accept our apology. We do not mean to leave anyone out.

Thank you everyone who has pulled for Max & for him to have a chance.
