Feeling the heat? Your pets are, too!

According to the store chain, “leashed pets of all breeds, shapes, and sizes” are welcome at Petco pet care centers if they need a break from the scorching heat.

Welcome!

As a member of Perry’s DECA organization, I am a strong believer in entrepreneurship! Therefore I wanted to launch my own business doing something that I am skilled at: caring for others, their pets and their homes.

WORKING WITH KIDS

I have Red Cross certifications in Babysitting and CPR, a younger sibling that I sit for as needed and a true passion for taking care of younger kids. I was Girl Scout starting in second grade, so I have a lot of life skills associated with what I learned earning badges. I also have plenty of experience babysitting. As a member of Puma Pals at Perry High, I get to make friendships, promote positive social interactions, and encourage the independence of the students with intellectual disabilities in the community. I started this practice of working with differently abled students as a 6th grader at Ryan Elementary. This year I worked with another student and administration to start Lunch Bunch, an organization that helps teens at Perry who do not have friends to each lunch with meet new kids and connect. Look for us on campus!
