A big Happy Birthday to everyone’s favorite pet shipper, Sarah. On top of being kind, insanely smart, and empathetic to all her clients, Sarah is the best advocate you could want your pets to have while traveling to their new home. She is devoted to making sure ever detail is perfect - from the flight (if you fly Lufthansa ask her how many emails it takes to get the booking perfect for your pet) to the check in (she won’t leave until not only is your pet safe and sound in a quiet, temperature controlled area but she’s also going to get the best photo to share with you). Sarah truly loves all her pet clients and we all love her. HAPPY BIRTHDAY SARAH!

Happy 40th birthday to the best friend and business partner ever! I’ve waited 3 long years for Elaine to catch up to me at the age of 40 and now we are both 40, can you believe it?! That’s how it works, right? Elaine is the best aunt to baby Reba, the best mom to Freddie & Stevie, the best cat cuddler inside a minivan (where they cannot escape), the resident bird whisperer, and literally the only human I could fathom owning a business with. She is the reason we have a realistic budget AND cute t-shirts at all times. She goes to bat for her clients with the airlines, the USDA, veterinarians and others when she is right and others are wrong but she does it with style and grace. Her clients repeatedly come back to us for return moves and our vendor partners hire us BECAUSE of her. Join me in celebrating Elaine today and every day! Happy Birthday, Elaine! 🎉

Did you know we can assist with custom crates? This is Chora, a gorgeous gal who simply could not fit her spindly limbs in the store bought plastic crates. Luckily, we have a crate builder on hand who got this one done quickly for Chora’s move to Italy. Let us know if we can help!

Welcome back to Texas to Zulu the Beagle! We see your parents picked up a new friend while in Albania. Based on the hugs and smiles we got from Krewe, we can see how she wormed her way into the family. Zulu and Krewe’s parents are always a delight to work with and having such amazing clients makes our job so much easier.

Stella is a officially a member of the Pets with Passports 3 Moves Club! 🎉🎉🎉 She celebrated with her family at her new home in Amsterdam. She even managed to escape Houston before the hurricane hit. As you can see everyone wanted to say hi during her check in on KLM.

LISTEN UP! We are still here. We are still shipping pets all day everyday. We are still helping with vet paperwork and delivering crates. We are at the airport and sending emails from our phones. We are filling up water bowls and having photo sessions.
The summer is our busy season and Pets with Passports is a small operation. Sarah and Elaine work hard so you don’t see them sweat. Sometimes when we are busy with pets other things get pushed to the side… and forgotten for a bit… like Instagram. But we know how much people like seeing our furry client’s faces and learning about their stories so we are back and we PROMISE* we will stay on top of sharing our favorites. So here are a few derpy dogs to get us started.

*and by “promise” we mean try really, really hard.

Today we Honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice, both two and four-legged. We thank you, we remember you, we will never forget.. We also Honor, the family members of those who have died in service, and the brothers and sisters in arms who grieve the loss of their comrades today. ❤️🇺🇸

Happy Happy Birthday to co-owner Sarah! If any of you are lucky enough to have had Sarah arrange your pet’s move, you know how hard working she is. Sarah is our resident “make sure the stickers on the crate look good”, “just one more photo”, “sure I have time for a quick call … 2 hours later she is still chatting with a client” pet shipper. If you are lucky enough to call her your friend you know that she will help rescue street dogs, spend a hour watering all her house plants, and literally carry her Doodle Reba around in a backpack to make her feel included and comfortable. Simply stated, Sarah is the best! Happy birthday!
