I fell in love with horses while at the beach when I was three years old. When I was 5 and 1/2 my dad connected with a client of his who had horses to get me some preliminary lessons. Miss Connie taught me all of my basics of riding on a molly mule named Dazy May. Jewl is a black Quarter Horse Arabian cross and we competed in 4-H for ten years together in WA state. I did everything with Jewl, gami

ng, Western, English, ba****ck, arena trail, trail, and showmanship. Beyond showing my horse I also was very involved in the leadership project as well competing in nationals in Horse Bowl, and Speech, state in horse judging, Know your Government, and groom squad. After graduating high-school I worked for a few years at world champion western riding and cow horse barn based out of Graham, WA. I was sharpening my skills and gaining experience to enroll in the Clinton Anderson Academy. In 2016 I graduated from the Academy and began working for a trail training barn in OK. After 11 months of experience I went off on my own and landed in Pawhuska, OK for 5 years where in 2019 I established BTW Horsemanship after my initials Brittney Taylor Watts. In September of 2022 I married my best friend and purchased land in Lexington, OK, to establish a more rooted business and equine facility. I, now with my business partner and husband, Donald Underwood, am excited to bring you; "all of the TLC you'll ever need!" Training ~ Lessons ~ Clinics... and more. "My mission is to share my knowledge, to help others raise their expectations of themselves and their horses, to achieve ultimate success, and fulfill their God-Given potential; using the Downunder Horsemanship Method"

Happy Election Day everybody! We are so blessed and privileged to have the opportunity to weigh in on important matters in our country. America is a unique and beautiful place that affords us the freedom to choose and live in togetherness, regardless of our opinions we can all choose to do things through love. At the end of the day; everything belongs to God, His promises are always fulfilled, and He loves all of His children. Although you may think that you are only one voice, one vote, one person you are significant, and you can make a difference. Go out and do your civic duty, earn your sticker and wear it proudly! Giddy up!

Here at BTW horsemanship we focus on respect without fear in our horses. Horses are natural for Halloween as they are very spooky! So get out there and expose your horses to everything that you can! The more you sneak around and protect your horse the more reactive and spooky they get but the more you go out of your way to expose them and desensitize them the quieter and more tolerant they become. Give those horses more tricks and less treats! On behalf of all of us here at BTW Horsemanship we wish you all a very fun, treat filled and tricked out spooktaucular Halloween!

23 years ago time stood still for a few moments as the towers fell, the smoke and debris filled the air and lives were taken and hearts were shattered. We stand united, one nation under God. Show your love, support, respect and pride for this greatest country on earth. God Blessed America abundantly and we are forever grateful. Thank you, to all of the soldiers, and first responders for your service and sacrifice. We will always remember!

I really want to thank Brittney Underwood for working with my mare Francine. She has come a long way. Brittney is honest, dedicated and hardworking and I really appreciate that. There are a lot of people out there that take your money and that's about as far as it goes. She taught my little mare the Fundamentals and I have the CDs, so when I'm stumped, I can get a refresher course and try to perfect myself. Thanks once again, Brittney, you’re the best. – Juree R.

Father’s are good for many things. They are the leaders of families, the role model for their children, the hero to sons, the confidant for daughters, the rock for their wives, the pride of their parents, and the warriors of God’s kingdom. I’m thankful for the fathers who have shaped our character, supported our dreams, inspired us to be better, shared your knowledge and showed us how to love. Love life, love others and most importantly love God!

Thank you to all who served, who lost their lives fighting for what they believe, for this country so we can be free. Life is the most precious thing and you have made the ultimate sacrifice. We remember you today we remember that you left your family and your friends and chose to pay the way for us to live in this beautiful Nation. You will never be forgotten.

What does Mom mean to you?
Moms are building blocks of all families, sons and daughters, they cared for us even before we were born. Moms show tenderness and guidance, they teach you and encourage you, they help you and hold your hand, they never stop, they never waiver, they are timeless, they are priceless, they are unconditional love. Thank you to all of the Moms out there just being "practically perfect in every way" (Mary Poppins) we would never get through this life without you! We love you so much!!!

Tell that special Mom in your life how much you appreciate them and cherish every moment!

We had a great first clinic of the year here at BTW Horsemanship! Participants arrived and we began with philosophy. One of the most important aspects of training horses is understanding how they think, what makes them tick, what motivates them versus what motivates us so that we can communicate with them effectively. Then we got the horses out and started working through various exercises including desensitizing, yielding the hindquarters, lunging for respect, backing up and flexing. We finished off with a handling feet demonstration and pop quiz with prizes! Everyone made great progress with their horses and had a lot of fun! Thank you to all who participated! Rhapsody was a perfect gentleman teaching the goal of each exercise and Handsome helped a novice begin learning his technique and building confidence. The boys were great!
