We had a few bottle babies this year and they follow me everywhere. It’s hard to get good pictures since they’re always running towards me. I couldn’t love it more.

Surprise!! New unexpected babies in the barn this morning. They are so fun and bring me so much joy! Right now I’m pretty grateful for that naughty little buckling last fall that wouldn’t stay out of the doe pen. He was just small enough to sneak through all of my strongholds. At the time I did not find his antics to be very cute. Pretty cute now.

This is the first year that I’ve grown a cutting garden, or even Zinnias and Snapdragons. It’s brought me so much joy. I was disappointed when the first Zinnias popped up and they were minis but they’re so much fun and I will definitely grow them again. My only regret is not doing it sooner so that my mom could have enjoyed them with me. She would have loved it.

Isn’t he the sweetest? He’s getting ready to go to his new owners but I’m going to miss him. He’s always there to greet me but in a sweet laid back way. One of the cutest kids ever.

A bull calf born yesterday while we were off at a football game. Trying to get a closer pic but not too close😂. There’s nothing cuter than a Highland calf.
