Words cannot say enough about this Amazing Ball of Fluff! Meet Lazuli, she was in for her first puppy exam today. Needless to say, she was a definite hit! We were all dazed by her uniqueness, beauty and charm. ( she's pretty darn smart already too ) We can't wait to see her grow. ❤️

When your BI Rep let's it slip that's she's getting married next month and is scheduled 3 days later with our staff for a lunch- n-learn. ( the planning started before she was out of our parking lot on Monday) Her celebration was definitely a surprise......Mission accomplished. Congratulations Payton!! Kaelee graduated from Bettendorf high school, Katie graduated from Augustana and Daria graduated the veterinary technician program at Muscatine Community College. So very proud of all of you! And shout out to Katie for making her grad cap that honors 2 of her favorite patients.

Since our staff can be kinda sneaky we tricked Josh into stopping in this afternoon and gave him his birthday goodies. He isn't much for sweets ( as he's sweet enough) 😉 so we gave him a bag of various snacks and Dr Pepper.
Speaking of sneaky.....since we needed a package sent FedEx, we asked him to go on that mission and he was nice enough to oblige. Thank you Josh and we all wish you a Happy Belated Birthday!!!!

Dr Spencer and the Mr. went to the Kentucky Derby this weekend. It looks like an experience of a lifetime. They definitely look Amazing and Derby ready. "Hats off" to Dr. Spencer and Paul for making time for this getaway, they deserve it. 👒🐎🎩

Day 2 of Veterinary Receptionist Week. Bobbie and Paula also received their gifts from yesterday since they weren't scheduled to work. Today they opened their Bee Boxes full of Bee themed goodies and the staff enjoyed coffee from Java Joint...they never disappoint! 😋
We are so grateful to these girls for what they do everyday, words can't begin to express how much! ❤️

Monday night was quite eventful as we had an emergency C-section after hours. 4 little whippersnappers went home with one proud and tired Mama. We can't wait to watch them grow, it's always exciting to see how they change. Thank you to the staff that stayed late to help Dr Spencer bring these babies into the world. You all are amazing!! 💗

Happy belated birthday to these two full of life, Clinic comedians. They were born on the same day, same year and not too far apart in time. Cash, Dr Spencer's nephew, has joined the team to help us out with all the kennel duties that we do not have time for at the end of the day. Josh will be leaving us but is showing him the ropes. ( and probably warning him of some of our stunts 😁) I tried telling Cash there is an initiation ... he may get tossed in a dumpster, locked in a kennel or tied up with vet wrap ( thanks for playing along Josh) but he still laughed. Not much phases the new member to the Care Crew, he's gonna do just fine.
