I got back from USC Medical Center last week following thoracic surgery. All of the Poos were overly happy to see me. Wally has been tending the puppies. I walked by the living room yesterday and there were a bunch of escapees all over the place. These pups need new homes! Text me at 760-223-2873.

Jozee & Rusty's pups will be 5 weeks old in a couple of days. I took new photos last night. They are still available and will be ready to be picked up (or delivered) after Aug. 14. We have been without a web site for several months, which is a problem - but one that will be resolved by the end of this week.
Jozee and Rusty’s puppies are 3 weeks old today. They were pretty much just sleeping and eating…or so I thought. Wally texted me when I was at a dr. appointment this morning, that all 5 of them had escaped the crate and were all over the living room, with Jozee frantically trying to herd them back. Hmmm…might be time to set up a fence around the pen. These 6th generation, 3 males and 2 females will grow to 12-15 lbs. and be ready Aug. 14.
We have a pair of 8-week-old Cockapoo puppies still available for adoption. Mona is all white with apricot spots over her eyes. Michaela is champagne-color. Each girl has had two of her four puppy vaccinations. Our parent dogs are DNA tested for genetic issues. These are 5th generation Cockapoos. We are in the Kern River Valley, 50 miles NE of Bakersfield. Price reduced so these two, well-socialized pups will go to their forever homes soon. In 20 years of breeding, I never have puppies available at this age, but I no longer have a website, and that seems to be a problem. For more information, email [email protected].
Xena was supposed to take a break from puppy making, and spent almost 2 weeks at our groomer's house. Apparently, she and Obie got in a secret rendezvous the night before she left, producing a single female puppy on June 28.
Jozee & Rusty's puppies are 10 days old.
Jozee and Rusty's six puppies were born on in the wee hours of June 19. Not uneventfully, of course. She decided to have them in our headboard. The first one fell down between the headboard and bed frame. I can't get my hand down there, so had to get the mattress off of the bed, take the drawers out of the oak headboard, to move it a couple of inches to rescue little June, who is no worse for the experience. Congratulations to Amy Capaner Jones for winning the Puppy Poo-L.
These two adorable girls are available for adoption. Love the markings on Mona, and check out the color of her eyes. Michaela is a buff & white parti color. She has buff spots in back and on her legs that you can't see in the picture. My groomer claims she has the higher IQ of the litter.

ALL PUPPIES FROM ZOEY'S AND HAYLEE'S LITTERS HAVE FOUND PERMANENT HOMES! There is only 1 puppy remaining available for adoption from Zoey's and Haylee's litters. Harvey has a great coat and is 7 weeks old. He'll be available on June 1. His coat kind of has a frosted look to it, which I've seen before on light-colored pups who carry the merle gene. I know my groomer, Sabrina, is looking forward to giving him a mini grooming next week.
Zoey's pups are 6 weeks old. They've had their first vaccines and go to the vet tomorrow for a well puppy check up. Three remain available for adoption.
Haylee & Obie's 6th generation puppies are 5 weeks old and both boys are still available June 1. Huxley has 2 blue eyes, and Harvey's hair is growing out much darker. He looked white at birth and is turning apricot. Very unusual!
Millie & Obie's pups are 4 days old and they're on the move. As I was taking their pictures, little Mac blindly scooted all the way to the edge of the box, hit the side, then turned around and scooted back to his sisters. Healthy, active pups. Millie is a great mom!
Millie and Obie had their 3 puppies EIGHT DAYS late! Boy, were we ever stressing, but they're finally here and are healthy. Millie is a great mom. Congratulations to Janet Blom Buck, the winner of the puppy Poo-L.
Haylee's two 4-week-old males are available. They are getting to that really cute age, playing and wrestling with one another. They will be available June 1. At 4 weeks, all of Zoey’s puppies are on the move and beginning to eat solid food. Haylee’s 2 little boys are growing and are reaching the size of Zoey’s smallest.
We expect another litter, probably next week, from Millie (buff). There won’t be any merle pups in that litter. Jozee and Rusty recently bred and they should have puppies at the end of June.

This is the third litter of 2024. We will have one litter, hopefully, in June, with Jozee (chocolate merle) and Rusty (red). Those pups will be larger (15-20 lbs. grown).

Haylee's boys are a week old, weighing in at 8.1 and 8.6 oz., more than double their birth weights.

Haylee's 4 pups were born a few days early, in the a.m. of April 6. Unfortunately, two of them were too tiny and did not survive, but the other two, while also small, are nursing like crazy. Congratulations to Chris Michaels, the winner of this puppy pool. There will be one more this season at the end of the month.

This is the second litter of 2024. Millie and Obie pups will be due at the end of April.
Zoey's & Obie's six puppies were born on their due date. I can't remember the last time that happened. Dr. Vicki said there were 6. I would have bet (not a lot) that she was wrong. Zoey is a great mom, had all of them in less than an hour and a half and kept the squeaking to a minimum through the night. Congratulations to Linda Klippel Solano for winning the puppy pool.

At 5 weeks, Gemma & Zoey's puppies are getting really active. Some are still available for adoption in early January. For photos of those pups, check our earlier post.
You've gotta wonder what they're dreaming about.
The Yoshida family adopted Azuki, a puppy out of Renoir & Sammy in 2020. This year, they added Kenjy to the family. He's out of Xena and Obie. I think Azuki is going to have his paws full with this fearless little puppy.
