I love you big buddy! I am so lucky to have you in my life and thankful for another year together 😻Ydris waits for me at the front door when I leave the house. He follows me up and down the stairs all day long. The second I sit down, he leaps into my lap and starts to purr. If I walk past him without acknowledging him, he will scream loudly at me. He loves to weave my legs when I am in the kitchen. Ydris loves to sit on my chest and give me a lick on the tip of my nose each day. He is my special boy ❤️.

RW QGC Xenosphynx Ellen Ripley is the SC Region 2025 NINETEENTH BEST SHORTHAIR CAT OF THE YEAR

Ripley is a stunning Canadian Sphynx cat, she’s the whole package! She is a wonderful mother, cuddly with all humans, and loves to rub her face against beards. Ripley is a rebel and goes fishing in our glow tetra tank (even after every attempt to keep her out!). She loves bird watching, scrunchie stealing and counter surfing. We are so proud of her accomplishments and love her very much ❤️.

Happy Star Wars Day! Yoda’s Favorite Things
1. Meditating in nature – Preferably on Dagobah, surrounded by the Force and frogs.
2. Quiet reflection – The path to wisdom is silence and stillness.
3. Training Jedi younglings – Especially when they listen (or at least try).
4. Speaking in riddles – Confusing but enlightening, it is.
5. Swamp stew – Homemade, nutritious, mysterious.
6. Watching others learn – Especially when they fail… and then grow.
7. Lightsaber sparring (when necessary) – Small but mighty, Yoda is.
8. Floating peacefully with the Force – Letting go, being present.
9. Teaching life lessons the hard way – Growth, through struggle, comes.
10. Surprising people with his power – “Size matters not.” We love Yoda here at XenoSphynx! Who’s your favorite Star Wars character?

Bringing pawsitive energy into the classroom! We had a lovely time visiting a preschool classroom today. They were so excited to learn about Sphynx cats and how to care for them. Smeagol enjoyed all the cuddles and and chin scratches.

Therapy animals aren’t just adorable—they’re powerful tools for learning, healing, and connection. From reducing anxiety and improving focus to boosting reading confidence and social skills, their impact is truly amazing.

Because sometimes, the best teacher has four legs and a loud purr!

Happy National Cat Lady Day! Having a cat (or many) to share your life with is quite special. There’s nothing quite like a quiet purr when you need it most. Hope everyone gives their special fur or non fur baby a big squeeze today and has a moment to reflect on all the joy their feline friend brings them 😻
