Horses block out pain and tension to survive. The sacrum float and hind end points release deep accumulated tension in the hind end by bringing awareness to those areas while in the parasympathetic mode. This work can help increase strides and result in more fluid movement. Also releasing tension in the hamstrings. Rose is enjoying a nice stretch from the work.
