Bravo is coming along nicely! We are working on slowing down at the trot and learning to ride from behind. He likes to be forward and doesn’t quite understand that leg doesn’t always mean just go! He’s extremely smart and learns quickly. This horse neck reins beautifully and turns on a dime.

Here is Bravo. He was very fearful of people and didn’t trust a soul. He would buck under saddle and try to just go as soon as you put him on the lunge. He is slowly starting to realize he can choose to be with me or not and chooses to follow me by choice almost any change he can get now. I am not using cookies or treats but rather giving him choices. When I ask him a question, instead of scolding or saying no, I ask him again until he gets the correct answer to the question I am asking him. He has come a long way in trusting again and really starting to love being put to work.

Getting him road ready! He did amazing going solo with some cars not slowing or going around 😑. A few more times and we’ll be riding!!! ❤️

Bravos 1st solo trail ride at home! He did awesome!!
