Dougs Dogs LLC provides specialized training for Diabetic Alert Service Dogs. These specially trained dogs alert their handlers to dangerous blood sugar drops and spikes. Highly skilled in obedience and public access, these dogs become life saving companions. Diabetic Alert Service Dogs are great for children, teens, or adults! r pet dogs and their owners. Obedience training is the key to effective, clear and consistent communication between you and your dog. It is based on consistency, trust and mutual respect. Obedience training teaches your dog patience, boundaries, and gives him an understanding of what is expected of him. It gives the dog a job and a place in the family. Obedience training can solve behavioral issues such as chewing, digging, jumping, leash pulling, rushing, barking, shyness, house breaking and more. No two dogs or humans are alike. There are also many effective training methods available to employ. I will evaluate and recommend the best and most effective methods for both your dog and you. I want to make obedience training a positive and rewarding experience for you and your dog. BIOGRAPHY:
Douglas Gehl is a Certified Professional Trainer and owner of Dougs Dogs LLC. He has graduated from the National K-9 School for Dog Trainers, studied at the National Institute for Diabetic Alert Dogs, mentored under Master Trainer Lily Grace, is a member of the National K-9 Dog Trainers Association, has titled dogs in AKC Dog Show Obedience Trials, and has over ten years experience working with all types of dogs and owners.
