To all our furry families please be aware that we have some updated policies taking place effective 9/1/24.

NEW POLICY:
*All appointments require a $25 non-refundable holding fee per pet (which will be put towards your total if apt is kept)

NEW POLICY:
* We require a 24-hour notice for any booking cancellations if less than 24 hours you will be forfeiting your $25 non-refundable booking deposit.

WHY IT HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED:
* Fortunately, with us gaining so many new furry friends every appointment is important to us. We unfortunately have been having a few same day cancellations or no call no shows which unfortunately could have been filled had notice been given.

NEW POLICY:
*Upon arrival for your appointment we ask that you text the business number (209)936-7773 do not knock or ring the doorbell.

WHY IT HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED:
* We do our absolute best to provide a minimal stress environment for every fur baby that comes through our door, but we do ask that our clients remember this is still an in-home based environment where our family resides.

We thank all of you for being a part of our furry friend family and can't wait to see you all really soon.
