We are posting this late as we have been playing catch up with trying to get some fall projects done before John's big surgery this Friday but we are extremely excited about our weekend at the Minnesota Hunting Spaniels Association AKC Hunt Test!! The weather was awesome, the fields and pond were great, and judges were phenomenal! Our dogs ran beautifully, couldn't be more proud!
I started out this season with a few goals, #1 to try and run my own dogs in the hunt tests, #2 to try and be more connected with my dogs and #3 To get some Hunt Test Qualifications and maybe even Title a dog or 2. We are beyond happy...all of the hard work has paid off the dogs preformed beyond our expectations!

#1 "Rikki" (JWT Zarrah's Ultimate Ricochet) 16 months old female went another 2/2 qualifying scores this weekend with a total of 4 Qualifing legs in The AKC Senior Hunter! Since she stepped up to the plate and started with Senior level she needs 5 total to get her AKC Senior Hunter Title, so 1 more my little girl!

#2 "Sabre" (JWT She's On The Cutting Edge) 16 month old
Female went 2/2 this weekend in the AKC Junior Hunter, she only needs 2 more Qualifing scores to get her AKC Junior Hunter Title ! Way to go girly you really turned up the power this weekend! We are so happy with your continueing progress.

#3 "Rokkit" ( JWT Traveling At The Speed Of Light) 20 Months old female went another 2/2 Qualifing scores this weekend giving her a total of 4/4 Qualifing scores and her AKC Junior Hunter Title!! She was amazing this weekend and has progressed so much in the last 2 weeks! We couldn't be more proud of our "Rokkit Ship"

#4 "Chance" ( Modor's Life With You ) This little guy is our newest male imported from Scotland. What an amazing boy he is, besides being very handsome he is so willing to please and such a talent in the field! He too went 2/2 Qualifing scores this weekend and along with his 2/2 last weekend he also gained his AKC Junior Hunter Title!

So with all this being said We are extremely proud and excited to have made our goals for the year and we can't wait for next year to continue on our journey!

Had a wonderful weekend with my JWT Pups at the Rice Creek Gun Dog Club AKC Spaniel Hunt Test held at Willow Creek kennels near Little Falls Mn , Im finally getting back into running my own pups at the AKC Hunt tests. We went 2/2 Qualifying both days with all 3 of my babies...couldn't be more proud of how they handled themselves...Love my fur kids!!

Hi all last big day at the Annual Game Fair in Ramsey Mn. We are here right outside the gates till 5:30 today, you can come meet some of our dogs. ** Update: Walter is safe!!

Walter is a very handsome Golden Retriever who was spooked by some fireworks and ran off, dragging a leash, near Rush Lake in Ottertail, MN. He was visiting so he is not familiar with the area and may be in survival mode. We ask you to please check cameras, quietly check your yards and outbuildings. If sighted DO NOT ENGAGE, just call/text sighting details. His family greatly misses him and is doing everything possible to get him home, please help share to help bring him home.

Charlie, a good looking cream colored poodle is missing in South Haven, MN with his sibling dog Jack. These boys have been spotted twice since they went missing, the last sighting was of them on a dock at Sunset Terrace. Please help us get these boys home boy sharing this post and calling with any sightings.

Nobody tells you how quickly dogs age

peen walking beside you....

** Update: Sunshine is safe!!

Sunshine is a timid young golden who bolted out the door at her new foster home in rural St Joseph, MN.
She was recently brought into rescue from Missouri, is very fearful of people and is in an unfamiliar place. If you see her it is extremely important that you do not yell out to or approach her, just call with your sighting.
