www.baileysminiaussies.com My love for aussies all started over EIGHT years ago when I purchased my male dog "Newt". Everyone told me how "crazy" I was for paying what I did and driving all the way to West VA to pick him up but I am so thankful I never listened. I would not take a million dollars for him now. Newt is my very best friend. He is simply the best behaved and well mannered dog I have ever been around. He goes everywhere with me, even to work...loves herding our horses & cows, really athletic..and a true lover. After taking Newt with me everywhere I had several people wanting puppies out of Newt so I decided to be on the look out for a female. Needless to say it took me over 2 1/2 years to find one I really liked. I purchased Maggie, my tri female out of Cherokee NC and she's simply been a blessing. She is just as smart as Newt but she doesn't care about riding and going places like he does. Now we currently have "Newt" - blue merle male standing 14.5 inches - "Chipper" - red merle male standing 16.5 inches - "Solo” - black tri male standing 15.5 inches (Timberline boy) - "Maggie" - black tri female standing 13.5 inches - "Ferris" - minimal blue merle female standing 13 inches - "Erica" - black tri female with double blue eyes standing 13.5 inches - "Layla" a double blue eyed black tri female standing 17 inches - "Rainy" a double blue eyed black tri standing 15.5 inches - "Ruby" a black tri female with double blue eyes I raised out of Rainy & Newt standing 15 inches - "Reba" - a red tri female with double blues standing 16 inches - “Sally” - blue merle female I raised out of Maggie & Newt standing 16 inches - & “Molly” - black tri female whom is a Solo girl standing 14 inches! I will take deposits of $250 to hold your pick. All of my puppies come with vet records and tails docked, dew claws removed, all shots & shot records, their puppy food and a puppy package. All puppies can either be registered AKC Mini or ASDR. Prices $850 PET ONLY $1500 for BREEDING $1000-$1500 blue eyed tris PET ONLY $2000-$2500 blue eyed tris BREEDING ******************************************************** DEPOSIT (Surety of Action Deposit) in the amount of $__________ ($250 of the Purchase Price) is required to hold this Puppy for the Buyer until date of Delivery. There are NO refunds on Deposits, unless otherwise agreed here in writing. Failure of the Buyer to complete this purchase would subject Seller to lost opportunities to sell the Puppy to some other Buyer and retention of the Deposit is meant to compensate Seller for his possible loss. This deposit signifies the intent on the part of the Buyer to follow through with the Purchase of this Puppy. The Seller reserves the right to void this transaction and refund the Deposit if we learn of any reason why Buyer might not be suitable for the puppy –( i.e. Buyer is found to be an animal abuser, violent person, representative of a Pet Store, representative of a pharmaceutical research laboratory etc.) . If the transaction is voided or if through some tragic accident the Puppy were to die or otherwise be seriously injured before it goes to its new home then, of course, the deposit will be returned to the Buyer; unless the Buyer wishes to apply the Deposit to another Puppy, if one is available, or to a puppy from the next available litter.
